I totally understand what previous reviewers have said about the staff, facilities, gardens, food - everything is superior! We last visited this resort in 1998 as a family of 5 and returned recently as a couple, a lot has changed it's simply the best!"

"Deluxe beach front room was a 10/10, Staff was amazing. The only downfall for me and the group I was with is the breakfast buffet options we wish there was more. But other than that adults pool was perfect with the bar and service."

"The room was pretty basic and clean, but the property felt old and tired. While I didn't see any bugs, it kind of had the feeling of a roach hotel, so I slept with the lights on. I paid for in-room Wi-Fi, but it didn't work 95% of the time. Service in the dining room was very, very slow. On the bright side, it was very convenient to the airport, within walking distance, but with a free shuttle that drops off / picks up at the terminal. I woke up at 3am and found that the running water had been shut off, but it was back on by 4am, in time for a nice hot shower."
