"The staff and service at Niraamaya is the best thing about this property. They go out of the way to make you comfortable. The food tastes like home and overall it was a great experience. The rooms and the amenities at the hotel are outdated. The pool was unusable. "

"Everything is in order, and the room is clean with a good AC and a fine bathroom. But at this price point, you naturally expect more. The interior design is very basic, and the recreational room feels like an afterthought, just a carrom board, a dart setup, and a very small TT table with no TT ball. It definitely needs an upgrade. The terrace pool is a nice highlight, but overall the property would benefit from better amenities to match the price."

"The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant. The cooking demo and the tea tasting were nice experiences as was the live cultural classical music in the restaurant. The highlight was the infinity pool with spectacular views. "
