This restored lakefront farmhouse blends classic Vermont charm with modern comfort, offering the perfect four-season escape for families and friends. With room for up to 12 guests, the house sits on a quiet peninsula just outside Saint Albans — a postcard-perfect town on the shores of Lake Champlain.
The home features a spacious wraparound porch that’s made for slow mornings and golden evenings. Sip your coffee as the sun rises over the lake, surrounded by birdsong and the scent of fresh lake air.
