It’s a great place to stay, the staff is amazing and the room cleans and very comfortable, also it is in a very convenient location, is close to literally everything, you can leave the car at the hotel parking and walk to anywhere you want

This was such a cute place! Lisa was so personable upon our check in. The room itself was so comfortable and had a historic aesthetic. Coffee, water, and wine are readily available along with fresh cookies! The included breakfast was also fresh and delicious!

The staff goes out if their way to make sure you have everything you need for an exceptional stay. Rooms are extremely well maintained and breakfast is excellent. The location is in an ideal location close enough to walk to to all the shops and restaurants.We will be booking our winter stay there soon.

The location is great. The wifi was terrible. I had to step outside the building to contact UBER. The staff is overburdened and practically invisible as they race to and fro between two separate buildings. I received very little information about the facilities before the visit. An area map of the location of the two facilities would help. Breakfast is served in one building across the street from where we stayed. Because of the terrific location, parking is a challenge, with a separate lot located across the street from our building, about a half block away. Instead of a laid-back St. Augustine experience as we've experienced in the past, this seemed a bit frantic. Anastasia greeted us warmly, but the lack of staff presence in our building created a feeling of insecurity. The entrance door with the security code pad was often unlocked with no one in the entry areas.

The staff at this bed and breakfast are super helpful and nice. The house is in excellent condition and clean but it is the staff that make it. They have parking which is a big deal in St. Augustine.

We highly recommend this place. It’s beautiful, quiet, but centrally located to see the sights. The staff are wonderful, especially Mary Lynn, who prepared our delicious breakfasts every morning. She was very helpful with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. She’s a marvelous ambassador for this lovely place.

This is a great place to stay in St. Augustine! It's in a quieter part of the town, and a 3 minute walk to the historic area, cathedral, Flagler College, fort, restaurants, etc. The staff was excellent, breakfast was delicious and a lot of freebees (water, cookies, coffee, wine). The B&B has onsite parking which was very convient! I highly recommend!

Exceptionally clean. highly accommodating and friendly staff. Breakfasts were excellent. Only two suggestions. 1: the after 6:00 coded lock is prone to malfunction and should be replaced 2: the large jet tub was slippery and could use anti slip strips. I will highly recommend this establishment to all.
