1 Bedroom 1 Bath Direct Ocean Front condo, located in beautiful St. Augustine, FL. Miles of beaches, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Minutes from historical downtown St. Augustine. This unit has a King size bed in the bedroom and a 24" Queen Air Mattress . Condo is equipped with all pots, pans, stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, blender, toaster & coffee maker. Condo has 2 flat screen TV's with cable and wireless internet. Private beach access gate and heated pool. Grilling and picnic area. 1st floor unit with key-less entry including private patio.
Condo is 340sqft This is Perfect size to 2 adults
Dog Friendly with a $100 pet fee due at Check In. Only ONE (1) dog allowed. Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Pit bull, Doberman, Chow, German Shepherd.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was excellent! Clean, convenient and overall a great place to stay! The shower pressure was excellent and the bed was very comfortable! The only drawback in our opinion was the back patio is right next to the boardwalk where people wash off from beach so there is limited privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

Todd was a great host. Very easy going and quick to respond. There were some little things here or there with the property but with being at the beach and the constant guests it was easily overlooked. Nothing worth fussing over.

The Best

This is our 2nd time staying here, and we will definitely be back. Great communication with the owner, super clean, and the location is perfect!. We love being right by the boardwalk and the best part is we can bring our dog. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a calm, relaxing, beach vacation.

Great location

Condo was very clean with an amazing ocean view. Short drive to downtown St Augustine and a lot of excellent restaurants close by. Highly recommend, we will be staying there again.

The room was perfect for the two of us. The bed was comfy and the tv was huge in the bedroom. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The beach wasn’t crowded but had just enough people on it to have your own space. We plan on coming back.

Ok but needs a total update

The complex was nice and on the beach. The kitchen had 2 forks only and cookware that the Goodwill wouldn't take! The furniture was not sturdy and the mattress was horrible. The owner was nice. The condo is small and I don't think 4 people would be comfortable. The pool and outside was delightful.

Crescent Beach getaway

BeachersLodge is located directly on the beach. Great ocean views and amazing beach. Our unit was a good space for 2. Everything in our unit was minimalist, functional. We loved the location and exploring the rich history of the St Augustine area.
