Really enjoyed staying here! Close to main sites of attraction and the staff is really welcoming. The room was cozy and very clean. Their breakfast was a plus as well.
Amazing experience. Location is walkable to everything, all of the staff here are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are so cute. I 100% recommend this B&B to anyone staying in St Augustine. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Historic property in old town center. The breakfast was underwhelming, room itself appeared clean, the shower was small and old with a plastic curtain, bathroom fan did not work and made a crazy noise. However, I would still stay here again. I enjoyed the balcony on our room, and the location is great.
Amazing, piping hot breakfast beautifully served each morning with delicious coffee in formal dining room. Location of property was perfect for exploring Saint Augustine Room was spacious. Staff kind and helpful if you want new this isn’t for you. This is a historic inn. Loved the balcony outside our door with lovely sunrise view and a great place to read and relax. I would definitely choose this place again and recommend to others
This is an old establishment but that is to be expected in Old Town which is the reason we chose this location. It is super convenient to Old Town where there is live entertainment, many restaurants, and shops.
The bed was very good and so was the breakfast.
The room was too warm to sleep comfortably and the ceiling fan worked on the lowest speed only. They really need to add a window AC unit. We had hot water for one shower but not for two.

Breakfast was less than average. It is not to order you get what they are serving. It was crepe with fruit cocktail in it, literally must have been canned fruit cocktail. Then scrambled eggs on sausage and one bacon and potatoes none of which were good. The room was clean but the pillows and bed were very hard and the bathroom was so tiny. I know its and old building but the restaurant and bar area needs the carpet replaced and an old sofa removed and replaced as it smells musty. We did not have dinner there. The staff was nice so no complaints there. Great location.
Quaint, historic and beautiful with a welcoming friendly staff

We loved our stay here! Such a beautiful property and the room was also gorgeous. Much better than staying in a basic traditional hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also a huge plus! Such a beautiful dining room and a really romantic spot for couples. We have already said this will be our go to place to stay for our yearly visit is going forward
Breakfast and dinner was amazing, the bar had everything you coulf want , our room was super clean the staff was amazing and the atmosphere was so beautiful, love it here will be back again.
This charming inn is right across the street from Flager College and in the historic district. The rooms are quite comfortable in an old world style. The restauraunt is absolutely exceptional. Plan a romantic dinner if you stay. Chef is amazing, and the room is quaintf and cozy. If you are looking for a romantic stay in the historic district this is the place. I highly reccomend. Our stay included a breakfast that was exceptional! Staff were amazing.
Clean, comfortable room. The staff was very nice and the breakfast served was delicious. Its a great location where you can walk to many of the shops and museums.
Great location. Walking distance to everything. Staff was amazing, Juan the innkeeper was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Daily chef choice with a savory and a sweet entree. Dinner was the best in town. Blew Harry’s seafood away. Steak entree was also the best we ever had. Can’t wait to go back again.
Chef was spectacular! Room and accommodations were historic, quaint as expected. Bedding was very comfortable. Location was great too.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Location is great, close to everything. Food in the restaurant was wonderful. Rooms were clean but do show their age.
One of our favorite places to stay in St Augustine. Full of charm and centrally located to everything yet tucked far enough back from the traffic for peace & quiet. Fabulous breakfast compliments of staying. They are open for dinner to the public and serve 5 star meals at reasonable prices. Each room has a different theme and all with clean comfy beds flat screen TVs and more. A no fault perfect vacation place to stay.
We loved our stay at this very charming Inn. The room was clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed. We also had a great dinner at the restaurant as well as a delicious breakfast
Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable. A little worn and there is no elevator- so dragging two 50 pound suitcases up a flight of stairs was a little rough for senior citizens.
Staff was all super nice!
Breakfast was nice and Barbara our server was very attentive and friendly. We would stay here again. Location is perfect!
