Location is next to a vacant business. All of our properties are routinely treated for pests, but when the doors open bugs can come in; they love crumbs and open or unclean glasses of wine or pop, stagnant water from buckets and glasses and anywhere water accumulates, so please do your part! Definitely remember to use repellent when outdoors. -Dogs are permitted on the premises subject to prior approval, and a thorough sweeping of the area is required upon departure. -No cable. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ connect to your streaming services to watch movies, TV shows, and other content over the internet -No smoking inside -Trash bins are in the back parking lot -Close bottles of wine or tie bags with open cans/bottles to keep bugs from coming in. **Cleaners may forget things as there are other units/properties, so please let me know what we could drop off or if we could fix areas that may need attention. Apologies in advance and thank you for your understanding as we want to provide a wonderful experience as a growing small business.

The accommodations were just right for a weekend getaway being in a short walking distance from shops and the historic district. It was a quiet tucked away one bedroom with a nice size kitchen. Communication was great as well.

Great stay in St. Augustine
2nd year starting here. Love the kitchen and it is dog friendly. Short, walk to everything in historic district. Management, very nice and response quickly to a text message will definitely stay here again next year.
We found the accommodations to be exactly as described. Everything was very clean, and the hostess was very accommodating and communicative.
The location, spaciousness of the unit, a private courtyard to walk our little dog in made this an ideal property, for us , or anyone wanting to be with in walking distance of all of the downtown attractions, yet have the privacy and spaciousness of a private home.
We would highly recommend this property and will be returning!
This was exactly what I was looking for and 100% as pictured. I especially loved being able to walk to everything historic St. Augustine has to offer. The space was perfect from me and my 40 lb standard poodle; there was room for her travel crate and bed. The well-appointed kitchen meant I didn't have to eat out every meal, and everything was clean and welcoming.
Communication with the host was quick and helpful and the pet fee process was simple and appropriate. I cannot wait to come back!
Property was within a comfortable walking distance from historic downtown St. Augustine. The apartment was cozy and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The off-street parking was a bonus and the neighborhood was quiet. While the backyard isn't a recreational area for dogs, the neighborhood was safe enough to walk our dog without any issues. Huyen was responsive and answered all our questions. We look forward to a return visit
I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and alway look for the same requirements. Parking included. King size bed. Top reviews. And location to attractions. This one hit it all so I immediately booked for our weekend getaway. Issue number one. Parking. Perhaps I’m extra cautious but I immediately thought there was no way I could leave anything valuable in my vehicle with the parking situation. Genuinely did not look safe. Interior; After walking down a TINY path to the entrance, I opened the door and was met by the immediate smell of mildew. I chose to believe maybe it had been closed up for a bit but when I noticed the dehumidifier running I knew it was a known issue. The bathroom has double doors that exit the exterior of the unit that are frosted glass paneled which was odd enough, but the shower is tiny. I noticed cracks in the shower floor and stepped in to see if it would support any weight. The floor was spongy and a brown water immediately bubbled up from the cracks. There’s no way I can bathe in there and not need a bath from my bath. I will say this. It’s is an adorable unit and is exactly like the pictures. Well decorated for what it is. And the linens appeared fresh. But it is an old unit and the water damage at the base of the doors and shower, sloping and buckling floor boards, and mildew smell take away all the charm. With asthma and a penicillin allergy, we chose to avoid any mildew or mold and got a hotel room at the Hilton down the road instead.
My husband and I visit St Augustine every year. Nice place to stay if you are looking for a close walking distance. This is a pet friendly place. We were able to bring our 2 dogs with us. Kitchen is nice size for cooking but is limited on the pans for cooking so you have to be creative or just bring your own. Overall we enjoyed staying there.
The property is not in great shape and the picture does not reflect to actual conditions. There is damage to the walls and shower pan, the front door wood is rotting. The unit adjoining to the north had a dog that barked quite a lot.
Took the weekend getaway from Fri-Sun with my pet. Location was walking distance from the Historic District and a short drive to the beach. Recommend staying, large kitchen with comfortable sized bedroom. Tight bathroom space, place comes with washer and dryer. Its your own 1bed, 1bath apartment in St Augustine
