The home is large, with elevator, sleeping 16 people comfortably with so many rooms and spaces to call your own. A heated pool with sun shelf, a large hot tub, wood and natural gas burning fire pit, huge roof deck, plenty of loungers, makes this a fabulous place to relax and enjoy, and make the center hub of your trip. Brand new covered bar and grill area is useable rain or shine. The entire back of the home is enclosed with a high privacy fence keeping your area quiet and serene and safe for you little guests.

Inside you will enjoy all the niches made especially for those who want to stay close yet have some space for themselves. The bedrooms are spacious with all new comfortable mattresses and remotes that raise the head of the bed so that whether sitting up to read or sinking into the pillows, you are in the most comfortable position for a deep and restful slumber. All bedrooms have large, some walk in closets and dressers so there is plenty of room to unpack and move in!

On the 3rd floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All new furnishings make this a beautiful and comfortable space. The master has both a bath and a huge shower. Double sinks and plenty of counter space give you plenty of room. Your master bedroom also has a large 75` smart TV that is set up for streaming with your personal codes. It has easy private access to the covered third floor deck.

You will also find a very large 75`smart TV in 3rd floor living room, a 65` smart TV in the 2nd floor living and in the downstairs room leading to the pool area another 60` smart TV which is set up with a game box.
The 2nd floor also is set with 3 king beds and one room with a set of bunk beds. Two of the king bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. Another full bathroom is shared by a king bedroom, the two bunk bed room, and a pull out queen sofa in the 2nd floor living area in the home.

A whole house water filtration system has just been installed, Jan 2023, so you can cook, bathe, drink and all else with the purest of water. No more wasting plastic with water bottles. At Sol Mate you can drink water straight from the tap.

If you have a chef in the family they will love the enormous kitchen stocked with every appliance and gadget you can imagine. An abundance of new plate wear, flat wear and glasses, stemless wine glasses, coffee cups, juice glasses and more including children`s dining options as well can be found neatly displayed on shelving in the dining room along with serving platters and bowls of every size. There are herbs and spices, oils and more. All the cabinets and drawers are labeled to assist in the ease of you finding everything you need in this massive space! The windows in the kitchen give views of the pier and ocean to enjoy letting in beautiful natural light. The kitchen is part of a large great room with living and dining room blending gracefully one into another.

The front of the home faces south and there is beautiful natural light streaming in all day as the floor to almost ceiling sliders offer plenty of glass for the sun to shine in. For those moments when you want to watch TV or catch a quick nap on the couch, custom curtains in each room close off to dim the room for whichever occasion.

The 2nd and third floors have balconies off the front of the home that each run the length of the house. Nice broad balconies available to the living areas, guest bedroom and master bedroom as well, all host these sliding doors for their own personal doorway to the outside. On the deck you will find rockers and Adirondack chairs and plenty of space to breathe in the salty air and feel the sea breezes brush your cheeks.

The ultimate view is the roof top deck. While there is an elevator to take you to floors 1-3, the rooftop deck is found via a flight of stairs from the third floor door next to the living area. A flat roof covers the entire top of the home. On the rooftop natural gas fire pit, a picnic table, many loungers and chairs, a built-in bar with stools and a mini fridge and sink with purified running water. At night there is lighting along with the fire pit to to make this the best place on the beach to gather your group and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

Whether you are watching the stars, or lucky enough to watch a space launch blast off, enjoying fireworks on the beach on the 4th of July or New Years Eve, you can relax and feel safe and at ease on top of the world here on the Sol Mate rooftop.

Sol Mate is in the center of the City of St Augustine Beach and yet almost at the end of a no thru road, ending at the Atlantic Ocean. So no street traffic.

You enjoy both convenience, and peace and quiet. The City of St Augustine Beach offers its` own group of great restaurants opening from 7am until late at night. Pickle ball, tennis, surfing, biking, volleyball, softball diamond, or maybe you just enjoy the beach, this location is really ideal. Yet it is also only an bus, uber, or bike ride to the heart of the City of St Augustine. A must to see it all if you have the time.

Guests are welcome to park in driveway that will accommodate at least 4-6 vehicles, but please be aware that on-street parking is not permitted. The store on the corner allows parking for $10 per day. .

We do welcome dogs and there is a fee of $250 for one dog and $350 for
two dogs for the duration of your stay. Up to two dogs are welcome. All pet fees are nonrefundable. If you are bringing your pet, this must be disclosed prior to arrival.

Small events are allowed if given prior permission. An event fee applies to gatherings of more than 20 people.

Please note that the elevator does not service the rooftop deck. For rooftop access, guests must climb a flight of stairs, but it is worth the climb.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
