The B&B was very clean and rooms are very nice. The staff was excellent plus the morning breakfast was delicious. The only problem was that their homemade cookies were too good to eat just one.
The property was decorated in Victorian era furnishings”very nice” the breakfast was delicious, I would stay again. Don’t forget to check out the polish-Greek restaurant great stuffed cabbage.
Great stay! This bed and breakfast is located in the old town, so the distance to the main must-visit spots is walkable. Staff were helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was excellent and included. Rooms were clean and stylish. I would definitely recommend it!
This place is amazing. Obviously we'll cared for both inside and out and decorated in full Victorian style. The room we had was beautiful, the bathroom newly remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. It is in easy walking distance to most of the St Augustine attractions.
The breakfast was outstanding. Beautifully prepared and presented, we had both a main dish and special dessert. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a special experience.
My wife and I were celebrating not only our wedding anniversary, but my 65 birthday as well. I booked the room through Expedia, and when I called in for a few questions and spoke with the Inn Keeper/Manager he told me that because I booked through Expedia, that that was on me. Our room was much smaller that the pictures reflected, but I get it. The room and most importantly, the bathroom was unacceptable. So small that you could not even turn around in the shower. I have to give it to the 2 ladies that handled the morning breakfast. They were unbelievable. Very professional and kind hard workers. We loved the location and the area, however, the room after spending over $680 for a 2 day special occasion, was sub par. I wish they could of made it right, but it was never offered. I mentioned this to the manage, and his response was. "I told you that". Not very accommodating. Oh well. Live and learn.
Overall, everything was wonderful, amenities in room were very minimal. We did have a mini refrig, shampoo and soaps not my favorite. We loved the HH in the evening, and the water and soda supply. We loved our room, for the most part, comfy bad, TV had some issues in the evening, but that was okay, however, our room was located on the front of the road, a tad noisy and street lights came through the blinds hence making it a little bright and if you are like me and need total blackness for sleeping that did not happen. All in all, highly recommend, I can't eat certain foods, and they prepared a breakfast to my liking, very thoughtful, great location, great staff. PS keep in mind, parking is not on site, you can drop off luggage then move your car to a lot about.33 from hotel.
Our experience at the Victorian House was perfect! We enjoyed Cindy who treated us like family & was helpful & very attentive to us. Our room had a jacuzzi tub & a porch - both we loved! The breakfasts were without complaint - great variety & wonderful coffee!! The welcome party at 4 was sweet too!!!
Parking was off site but a short walk which provided a chance to see some other St Augustine streets.
Breakfast was wonderful and filling. Best prep for a full day of walking the streets and seeing the sites.

Our stay started off on a bad foot. We were attempting to park to unload the car and locate the check-in area and we were greeted by a older gentleman with with purple, tinged hair and lots. Lots of tattoos. He was toxic. Not a great start. Place was okay, very dark Victorian and in my opinion a bit overdone. Breakfast was just okay, not great at all. Egg dishes cooked in muffin tins with add-ins but overcooked and dry. This seemed to be some things that shouldn't have been overlooked. The chain on the door for the bedroom didn't reach to actually use it. It was too short. The TV was very, very tiny. There was some chipped paint and some mildew. Not awful but not great. The high point of our stay was the young lady who was serving us breakfast on Monday, March 16th and Tuesday, March 17th. She was lovely, so helpful and friendly. We do have to say the location was quite nice. Nice. Convenient. All said and done we wouldn't return.
The Inn is very well maintained. Staff are very kind & helpful. The breakfasts are amazing! Very well located within walking distance to shops, restaurants & other activities. You will definitely enjoy your stay!!
Great staff and clean room. Walking distance to all main attractions. Free wine and cookies every day during social hour was a great way to start the night. Will be staying again in the near future.

Disliked: Room comfort
Our room was the biggest issue. The room we stayed in (Rm 1) is directly above the foyer and EVERY time someone would enter or exit the building the door would SLAM shut and we would hear it very LOUDLY. This was true even in the middle of the night. Also, the bathroom in Rm 1 was simply too small. You could barely turn around in the shower and there was no room to put any of our toiletries in the bathroom or hang the towels.

Our suite was lovely and the other room we rented was cute but small. A good breakfast was provided each morning and accommodated travelers with dietary needs such as gluten free. Parking is offsite, but free and the B and B is convenient.tolocatiolocations in Da
