"I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. "Sam & Roy the hosts are most welcoming, the hotel sits atop the highest point of Mevagissy overlooking the spectacular bay, there is a room with seating arranged to take full advantage of the view. The hotel is perfectly placed to use as a base for coastal walks and famous local attractions. Breakfasts are generous and freshly prepared, simple food is available in the evening with plenty of local hostelries to pick for an evening out. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Mevagissy Bay Hotel if you are considering a stay in the area."
