Enjoy the sounds and smells of the ocean from various parts of the home. Central air conditioning keeps the interior cool, and you can fire up the pellet fireplace once the sun goes down. The open kitchen features full-size appliances and a prep island that doubles as a dining table with stools. Of course, there's always the option to dine outside. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer to take care of all your swimsuits. Enjoy watching the sun goes down from your own furnished balcony. You're never far from the ocean at this sun-filled cottage.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
