Simply exiting out the back of this home puts you on the sand, not to mention several other beaches are only a short drive away. St. George Island also boasts a number of scenic parks everyone can explore together if you'd prefer to stay closer to dry land. Fishing enthusiasts have a lot to appreciate here as well thanks to the numerous piers and fishing charters offering guests mellow days on the water.

The outdoor shower at your vacation home is great for washing off residual beach sand. After a refreshing rinse, step inside to a vast open-concept living space with abundant lighting shining through the numerous Gulf-view windows. Gaming enthusiasts will love trying to get the highest scores on the retro arcade cabinets throughout the house. The wide, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for group cooking projects everyone can enjoy at the table or kitchen bar. Better yet, dine alfresco under the house at the table before comfortably lounging on one of the hammocks as the warm Florida air brushes against your face. There is a Weber charcoal grill for guests use. Through all the bedrooms sport plush bedding, the primary bedroom is the star of the show due to its en suite and direct deck access. Begin and end your days with picturesque views of the water!

Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer round out this home's amenities.

Things to Know
The pool also has a water chiller and an additional Pool Heat fee of $75 per day.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing gulf-front location. The home has tons of character. Open floor plan, covered and uncovered patios, outdoor shower, hot tub, pool, and so much more. Our kids loved the game table and easy access to the beach. Plenty of beach toys and chairs were provided. I highly recommend this rental.

The location was perfect. The house a bit less. It was advertised with an elevator - not sure when the last time the "lift" worked, but everyone had to climb stairs making it less than ideal for these older visitors, especially when the stairs are not well lit after dark. The hall bath shower leaks onto the bathroom floor and the floors in that area of the house are very uneven - somewhat disorienting when you walk across them. The hot tub never got warm enough to use. Lots of minor neglect that would make this an awesome place to stay if fixed. Great public areas with lots of cushioned seating and eating spaces. We saw dolphins, whales and sharks swim by. We enjoyed looking for shells. It was easy driving distance for restaurants. Our favorite was breakfast at the 98Eats in Eastport. What appeared to be the perfect house was marred by enough disappointing aspects to rank this as the most expensive, but also most disappointing VRBO we have ever booked. Since our stay was short, we turned the house lemons into lemonade because of the location.
Great proximity to the beach and water. We could hear the waves from the house.
Too bad we weren't advised that this was part of what we were renting. Not sure we would have chosen this house.
Tried to fix the stripping at the bottom of the shower door. Water could literally be rung out of the bath mat.

Our family of eight stayed at Happy Endings in November 2025, and we truly had the most wonderful experience. The home has been thoughtfully updated and offered plenty of space for everyone to relax. We loved spending time together in the large living room with its beautiful beach views, and we enjoyed every meal out on the screened in porch just off the back deck.We chose to heat the pool, and it was absolutely worth it. The pool is huge, perfectly warm, and overlooks the ocean, which made every swim feel special. The hot tub was an added treat, especially in the cooler evenings.We cooked most of our meals during our stay, and the kitchen had everything we needed from cookware to utensils for every dish we prepared.The management company was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Self check in was smooth and convenient, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish.We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked the home again for next year. Happy Endings is the kind of place you look forward to returning to, and we cannot wait to come back.

Overall this is a good house with a great location. On the beach and the closest walk we’ve ever had. Pool was amazing. A few things. You cannot speak to the local management company. You get somebody on the phone that isn’t local and not helpful. The hot tub doesn’t work and when we put in a ticket the pool guy said he has been out repeatedly for it and it needs a new control panel. Was disappointed that they weren’t transparent before we arrived. And the floors in the back of the house are severely damaged and feel like they are going to fall in. The two back bedrooms get really hot and the fans don’t work. Also back bathroom leaks severely. The shower door doesn’t shut properly. Good house but needs some overall TLC. We paid less money last year for a better house with pool and beachfront, in St. George.

Property location was great, Vasca? Not so much

Had to call about 20 minutes before check in time to get the check in info. Person who answered was nice, but I shouldn’t have to call in for that info. When we checked in there was a yellow stain on the comforter, trash in one of the rooms and a very loose floor in the front left bedroom when you first come in the house.

Overall it was very nice stay had one issue was never advised the hot tub was not working nor was I notified when we got there come to find out after me calling complaining about how nasty it was, they were have electricity problems and nobody was able to get in and clean it kinda scary with no advice notice.House was beautiful and right on the ocean.

Great location!

The house was very nice, just as depicted and described. Clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The best part was the location just steps from the beach. Also really enjoyed having the pool to swim and cool off. The pool was quite slippery, so get in and out carefully.

Perfect Beach House!

Location and beach access made the house our favorite place to stay on the island. The house is a bit weathered, but to be expected since it's right on the ocean. Unlike the newer builds, the functionality of the home makes it superior to others. Beds and furniture are extremely comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked, storage down below provides anything and everything for fun days at the shore. Couldn't ask for a better home away from home!

Would have been great if the lift worked

The property was clean and well appointed. Neither the hot tub nor the lift worked. The hot tub, i didn't care about much but the lift was a deal breaker. I am 68 and have balance issues, my husband is 70 and has back issues, i only left the house once during our entire stay due to no lift. The ice maker quit working, the kitchen faucet worked fine but is very loose and will be an issue in the future. Also the owners need to know that all of the siding has blown off the chimney facing the ocean. Loved the location, right on beach. The host did send repairmen to try and fix lift and hot tub but they did not. The time to repair it is before guests arrive.

Quick Beach Break

We liked the property & the location. The house is lovely and has so many little amenities to make your stay easy. The gem carts are convenient if you need yo make a quick run to town. The one thing I was disappointed about is not being able to see the sunset.

Best vacation ever!

The home was absolutely beautiful! You can literally sit on the hot tub and watch the sunset every night, Lots of outdoor seating area. At around 11 AM the whole week we were there we were able to see dolphins. Lot's of sea life at the beach. The beach was really calm and relaxing not a lot of waves. Primary bedroom had a beautiful view of the beach. They have a lighthouse worth visiting if you have little ones. Lot's of different ice cream places. They had a lot of supplies in the entire house. Everything was as described or even better. Glad we made the right choice and picked this one for our stay.

This is why you want a house on the beach and not 2 rows back

This is why you want to stay on the literal beach. I've stayed in a few houses on the island: I love this one the most because your screened in back porch is literally on top of the beach. No bugs, and you can sit there all day, feeling like you're in the middle of the sand. Other houses are set back so many feet from the water. This one: you're looking at the water, out your master bedroom window The interior also has a nice layout: the ceilings are 15 feet tall or so, giving it a nice feeling of being open and inviting. This house is where we want to be, when we come to the Island! It's our happy spot

Quiet relaxing beachfront home

We enjoyed a relaxing few days enjoying the sounds of the surf. The screened porch was the most used space by my husband and me with beautiful sunrise views and sunset colors! We loved seeing the dolphins playing in the ocean everyday.

Heaven on Earth

This place is absolutely amazing! We had one of the most peaceful getaways that I could have imagined. The property is better than the description and the ocean is literally out the back door. The host went over and beyond what is required and payed extra detail to the "little things"! I highly recommend staying here! I know our family will definitely be back!

Quiet place to rest and relax

We had a really nice time staying at this home. It was so well located right on the beach and it was amazing to walk right out to the water and to sit on the back deck and hear the waves. The home was very comfortable and stocked with more than just the basic amenities and I really appreciated not having to buy small things like cooking and baking supplies and ingredients. The golf cart was super convenient and fun to ride around the island. I would stay here again the next time I visit SGI. Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely home!

Wonderful Getaway Stay! 5 Stars!

We loved our stay at Happy Endings this past weekend. We have stayed at other houses at St. George Island in the past, and I have never seen a house so well-stocked with items that typically aren't included in other rentals in the area. We had everything we needed from laundry detergent, trash bags, TP, dish soap, etc. It made things SO easy for us. The home was extremely clean. Comfortable beds and nice linens. The furniture in the home was sturdy and high-end. The views out of the living room, kitchen and primary bedroom were amazing. We loved sitting on the back screened porch, watched the sunrise and sunsets overlooking the ocean. Our favorite part about the house was that it came with a free golf cart to use during our stay. Using it drive down to dinner at The Blue Parrot or grab food at the Piggy Wiggly was super convenient. This was a major plus as we didn't have to bother with coordinating a rental golf cart. There were plenty of beach supplies that were available to us to use. The hostess, Kaitlin, was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations and questions we had. We definitively plan to come back to Happy Endings again!

We stayed at Happy Endings over a long weekend. Unfortunately it was way too short. The house was great - perfect location. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a great time. Definitely would like to stay there again.

Happy Endings is a fantastic property! It’s right on the beach. The house includes kayaks, surfboard, a golf cart, elevator, fire place and so much more. My family and I have been coming to St. George Island for 40 years and this has been one of my favorite houses. It is beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked and homey! Thank you for a perfect week!
