This stylish modern unit is nestled within the 300 Ocean Mile Community (updated 2024) is the perfect fit for guests looking for simple and comfortable beach living! Some notable features making this unit a popular choice are contactless arrival and departure with keyless coded entry, germ resistant floor coverings, a beverage station, a king suite with beach view, bathroom with tub/shower combo, a very spacious combined living environment with high ceilings, living room with easy beach and pool accessible via boardwalk system. Other comfort amenities selected and provided by the owners are beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, Bluetooth
Speaker, Bodywash, liquid hand soap hand and hand sanitizer, paper products, Guests arriving to eagerly begin their time in our space find it clean, meticulously prepared with them in mind in accordance to current world health safety guidelines and with beds made, all linen and personal care essentials provided .

Steps to pool and boardwalk to beach. (no road to cross) Walking distance to state park. All linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV.
Fully equipped kitchen. One king bed/ queen sleeper sofa.

2 community pools, large sun deck and park style grills.
Watch for dolphins from 2 decks! Pet friendly with deposit. We are Dog-Friendly and require a $100 pet fee per pet with a strict limit to two dogs maximum from our HOA. Failure to abide can mean immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

VEHICLE INFO: Technology is ever-changing and paving the way for EV's (Electric Vehicles). If you plan on bringing an EV, please be aware that there are no charging stations on the island and our unit is not equipped with an EV charger. Please ask manager for information on where and how to charge your EV. Only 2 cars are allowed under the parking bay and no golf carts or LSV’s are allowed.

Just gets better every time I stay here love the renovations

Absolutely amazing stay I’ve actually stayed at this property two times before and love the renovations. Such a quiet serene community. Great location went paddle boarding just one minute away and convenient to so many little quaint towns to shop and eat.

Perfect spot for my family

My husband and I brought our almost 2 year old to stay at SGI and loved it! Such a short walk to the beach and the property was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the pool also. Such a quiet, family friendly beach.

Accurate online description. Only negatives were counter tops had not been cleaned upon arrival, multiple light bulbs out, and shower head in need of repair but overall nice place.

Perfect condo for small family

Small, but perfect for what we needed it for. The property manager was nice and friendly and very helpful in getting answers to anything we needed. I also ran into the HOA manager who was very nice. Unfortunately, one of the two pools was down during our entire stay but luckily there was two pools.

Nice place

We stayed here for the first time. It was nice, clean and comfortable. I didn’t realize how many steps there are. I’m not sure if we’d stay again, no fault of the property, just personal preference. Mgr called the day of check in to make sure we were all set and left lights in for us because we arrived late.

Nice size and great breach access!

Great little condo! Very close to the beach, pool right out front, and easy parking! Very nice place to stay for a couple/small family. Upon our arrival (about 2 hours after normal check in time and not in “peak season”) we did notice some food left in the oven, dishes in the sink, unmade beds, and sand on the floor. The managerial staff was accommodating though, and they had a crew come out to clean the unit immediately. Seemed like a miscommunication as to when we would arrive. After that though, everything was very pleasant. We would stay again! Our dog had fun too :)

Beautiful Property

The property was very nice and well maintained other than the grass stickers. The grass was full of them and kept getting stuck in our dog's paws. We were happy with the townhouse overall but there were a few things broken that were fine, just a bit of an eyesore.

Recently had floor work done, so property manager did his best to get it back in order however there were quite a few things that were not as expected dirty dishes in the oven with actual razor blades from the demo work, etc. several recess lights did not work as well as several lightbulbs out Decks and steps need to be repaired and redone

Worst experience to date on St George Island

The check in process was awful. Never received check in information so had to spend an hour on the phone tracking down property manager and check in code. Property was 78 degrees when we checked in and AC froze trying to cool down unit. WIFI didn’t work and had to reach out several times to property manager for code. Manager never once offered an apology for all our inconveniences. Will never rent here again.

Week at the beach

We weren’t able to actually check in until about 9 PM because the place hadn’t been cleaned, which was definitely a bummer. The place itself was, at best, fine. You are a three minute walk to the beach (wear sandals or stick to the deck as the grass is filled with those spiky thistles). Cleanliness was definitely an issue beyond check-in as most of the dishes had to be washed before use. Just a heads up that you are working with a property manager, not the owner. We had an issue where the AC was out for a day and a half and we were promised a commensurate discount by the manager (for both this and the mess when we arrived) but this was never delivered on. There’s nothing particularly special about the place that I can recommend, so I’m not likely to book again for next summer given all of the other options on the island.

Tired and Worn Out

Owner did not give us door code, after a 9 hr drive, numerous calls to owner and finaly contacting Vrbo, we got the code an hour later. Bed linens old, torn kept coming off bed,pillows pathetic. Tub held together by duct tape and didn't drain. Stingy with towels. Springs were shot in sofa,very uncomfortable. None of the furnishings matched and most were damaged. Not properly cleaned, layer of dust on tables. Looks like nothing has been replaced or updated in 10 years. Exterior of complex needs an upgrade. We enjoyed the island and great place for pups.
