Our room was comfortable. We were originally assigned a 2nd floor room but because of our amount of luggage traveling from Florida and a family member with CP we asked for a first floor. They worked to accommodate us and were very kind about doing it. The room was clean, bathroom clean, breakfast good and staff very helpful. Beds were very comfortable as well

Booked the property because I thought it was ON the lake -which it is NOT. Issues with the outside doors and keycards working. Only the one entry near the pool appeared to be functioning. Pictures definitely looked better online. But clean and comfortable beds, so good enough for our one night stay.

Our room was fresh and clean, pool and hot tub also. Breakfast was decent. There is construction in the main building which made access to the pool confusing but the views were beautiful.
