"An excellent break from the hustle and bustle of life in the city. Surrounded by Australian Native Plants, rolling farm lands and vineyards. Waking each morning to the chorus of native birds, magpies, cockatoos, willy wagtails, finches, lowries and plenty of others. One of the most comfortable king size beds ever slept in. Peppercorn Cottage Avoca ... Colonial cottage accommodation on the Avoca River
10/10 Excellent
"The house is beautifully presented - clean, cosy and exactly as shown in the ad. Everything was supplied as needed, including a huge store of firewood for the open fire in the front room. Full kitchen is well organised, plenty of pots and pans, as well as a clean and serviceable newish BBQ on the back deck, under cover. The bird life in the garden was wonderful to see. A short and interesting walk across the river takes you straight in to the town. There are two EVIE charging bays on the median strip near cafes and shops. It was easy to communicate with Jen the owner and she was very interested in our feedback when we met her as we were packing up. Will definitely stay here the next time we’re in the area. "
"One of the best places we’ve stayed in if not the best . The facilities are just fantastic they have thought of everything possible. Haven’t left anything out . The peace and quiet was amazing. This is the second time we’ve stayed and nothing has changed will definitely be back can’t wait ."
