"A very tidy hotel. Staff were well aware of what was going on and traveller requirements. Room was comfortable and "cosy" as described. One point of note was the unusual paint smell, which we advised staff of. Not sure there was anything they could do to improve, but made them aware. All in all, a very well located hotel, just 10 minutes from the railway station and 10 minutes from the city centre ( walking too!) Thank you"

"The apartment was very nice, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a kitchen with a table (great for card games), frig, washing machine, and a living area with a sofa. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for both couples. The location felt safe and I particularly loved the 24/7 attended front desk. Staff was very kind & helpful. They safely stored our luggage at check-out so we could sightsee without dragging our suitcases, which was very helpful. We Ubered to a restaurant because the ones we walked to required reservations, which we hadn't made. We paid close to $600 for 1 night, which is expensive for us, but the stay was wonderful and the elevator was nice too!!"

"This hotel is perfectly placed for those wishing toto take advantage of everything on the Royal Mile. It is ugly outside tho with scaffolding al around. No work is being done however. They could use something more to to on soelevators and the breakfast is expensive. I, however, felt safe and totally happy with my room and the location of the hotel."
