"The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. "

Within feet from a small apartment building. Blinds broken in 2of the bedrooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom dirty! Dryer was also non functional. Driveway is narrow and turning around requires a 4 point turn."
