The Guest House interior living space is 1040 square ft. which features 2 California King ensuites, mahogany kitchenette (sink, microwave, blender and fridge),as well as a large covered veranda. This prestigious villa, with over 5,000 square ft. of living space is ideal for one, or two families.
The living room features 8'x 8' French doors that open out to the covered veranda and large 6’X 4’ windows which take advantage of the views and plenty of sunshine. An oversized sofa covered with plump cushions & pillows - all cozy woven fabrics.
The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
