"A bunch of Gen-Z hippies in a wanna be 4 star hotel that feels like a hostel full of poor students. Zero amenities in the room, want an early check in? you’ll have to pay, even though the room is available, want to get your room clean? it will take them 8-9 hrs. Want other type of pillows except feather pillows? Yeah no way, good luck getting any decent sleep. Rooms were filthy and full of dust, the young girl cleaning the room couldn’t care less, no separate lift for the housekeeper to drag all her rubbish she nonchalantly jumped in with a bunch of guests… When we flagged issues of course they took it personally and got offended as Gen-Z’s usually do because they must make everything about themselves and give zero customer service or apologies. Now on to the food, the chef is probably a retired alcoholic because all his food involves garlic, onion, excessive salt and a bunch of sour sauces. For the love of God man!!! Chimichurri and raw onion for breakfast?? Where is the common sense? Breakfast is extremely limited, they have 5 things on the menu and 5 dried things in the buffet. Coffee was always served cold but with a nice foamy design wow!!! Dinner was again another nightmare, the chicken was very much alive and enough salt to make it as indelible as possible, impossible to eat. Never again"

"Just know the airport shuttle transfer is epic group of transfers where you have to wait outside at a bus stop. Luckily we asked information and were able to catch the shuttle. Our friends were there the day before and were given the wrong information and paid €27 for a taxi. The bathrooms were so small no place to put anything no hooks for towels. There was an odd fridge laying on the floor that we tripped over twice in the room definitely not Radison quality."

"I cannot express how amazing this hotel is. Cleanliness is top tier and the views are unreal. The rooftop bar is relaxing and chill. I had such an amazing experience in Belgium. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout out to Val and Goncalo for their excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm. It really comes a long way. Please give my recognition to them."

"I loved everything about this hotel. The entrance is very beautiful and gives you a good energy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and a nice design. The area is safe and 4 min walk to the train station that would take you to the airport and downtown. The breakfast was nice. Coffee machine available all day for free. My only comment would be the iron. It was not a good quality. I would go there again and again. You will not regret it. 😄"
