"If you are looking for a unique and relaxing stay, this is it. The houseboat was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Being right in the marina made it incredibly easy to walk to everything or just walk the lake trail. The back deck was the perfect spot to start the day with coffee as the sun rises and end it with a cold beer watching the sunset.The hosts made everything easy; check-in and check-out were simple, and there were zero surprises or issues during our stay. We didn’t need to reach out for anything because it was all taken care of. We would definitely recommend this spot and are already planning to book again in the near future."

This house had everything we needed and more. It's great to have 2 full baths! Nice kitchen and small but comfortable living area. We loved our stay here and hope to come back to see more of Sanford. "The boat is a great place to stay. The beds are soft and comfy. It has all the amenities you could need while being gently rocked to sleep every night. It really is a neat place to stay while being comfortable. The hosts met us and showed us the gate and all the details of what we would need to be comfortable on the boat. "
