"Good location, nice hotel with good amenities"

"My partner and me stayed for one night. This place has great potential but they need to work on several areas. It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . Barman in evening when we returned after watching London show not particularly receptive . A bit of courtesy...

"The hotel itself is fair, the room has air conditioning, however, in terms of cleanliness is quite poor, it looks clean but there are some hair strands on unnoticeable areas such as the cushions on the chair, a pile of dust on the corners of the room, which may have caused me to caught hay fever during my stay. I booked 2 other rooms for my relatives, and they complained that some of their items are missing, although the items are non-valuable, which are luggage belt, tote bags and key lock....

"Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful."
