"Great location, stunning Pool and spa. Good selection for breakfast, Only downside is if you are a light sleeper the hotel is load at night (music and Steet noise). Friends on the back side of the hotel seemed to have less noise(Double doors) so would recommend that if you need silence, but then no sea view?!"

"Very friendly staff. Excellent daily cleaning service. Great to have a coffee pod machine in room, and access to water and ice on floor. Good breakfast, and nice cocktails. Don’t expect a massive pool, but it was nice to have the option for a quick dip. Gym was good, although it got very hot. Would definitely book this hotel again."

"This hotel does not live up to the Intercontinental name. The hotel needs major room renovations. The lobby area and restaurant areas are nice but the rooms are so outdated. The 1st room we checked in had a musty smell and the carpets were stained. Asked for a room change, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit better but the same issue with the old carpet. We had club access which gave us separate breakfast area, tea time and pre-dinner food and drinks. The Seabeach pool on 19th floor is very nice but even with Club Access we were told that the amenities were not included and it was an extra charge. Overall not a bad stay. Location is perfect. The staff made sure we were taken care of, and they worked very hard with a smile 😊"
