"Our room was beautiful, (the William Suite), we were only staying one night but everything was spot on. Easy to find parking on the street opposite and a wonderful tasty breakfast delivered in the morning. Ate our evening meal at the adjoining pub and again, everything spot on, very busy which is always a good sign. Just minutes by foot to get onto the 1000 Islands Cruise. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation."

"Check in was easy and pleasant. I was in an accessible room, which gave me loads of space. I found the temperature control not responsive and the room was very hot with very little air from the fan. The door also made a clicking sound almost every hour on the hour. Overall, the hotel was well maintained, excellent selection for breakfast and a lot of parking in a wet lit lot."

"The location is excellent because it’s walkable to the dock for cruising and to restaurants and shops. It’s clean and quiet, the only drawback is the drainage of the bathtub is slow and the coffee capsule tasted terrible."

"You get what you pay for so our expectations not high. All we wanted was a clean room and bathroom and a comfortable bed and that what we got. The bathroom has been neglected in cosmetic appearance but it is clean with plenty of towels provided. We were staying to take in the thousand island cruise and the town."
