"Pool was closed for the season so didn’t get to enjoy but had wonderful view from our room. Staff and hotel was clean. Room was a little small but nice. "

"I stayed here in 2025 and made sure to return when in town again. The rooms are great, the price is reasonable, and the free breakfast was outstanding. Also, the parking garage is priced reasonably and I saved a lot of money leaving my car at the hotel and taking the light rail downtown."

"Shuttle is great and convenient. Runs every 1/2 hour. Hotel is clean and inviting. Bar and food are great! No need to look for a restaurant."

"Airport shuttle didn't respond, so we had to take an expensive Uber. Reserved a two-bed room, for my family of four, but was told at check in that only one-bed was available. Was then told that a couch was in the room, which there was not. Family members had to sleep on the floor and sitting up in an awful chair. Furnishings were rundown, cigarette burns on them."

"The room was dirty and not comfortable. The bed only had one pillow and a super hard head board that you keep hitting your head on during the night. The pillow was not comfortable and felt like it held in heat. The area did not feel safe. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. We booked the room for 2 nights and ended up checking out the very next morning and not even staying. We went and booked at a different hotel instead and just sucked up the cost on this one just to get out of there. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate and have no other options. "

"They weren't even open! When we arrived there was a sign on the door stating they were temporarily closed.... seriously? I'm getting a refund but finding another room at the last minute wasn't easy."
