A good stay

This was my 2nd time staying here, and I have had a good stay both times, which were at the Thanksgiving holiday last year and this year. I will come back to stay here again.

My mother has a Handycap room that does NOT have phone in it. Staff continue to say they will get and put a phone in there and after 2 days still no phone.

The property was very clean, the room was very spacious and clean, and Dinesh the front desk concierge was one of the nicest people you want to meet, very professional and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay. Recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting to be in a safe and quiet place near St Louis area attractions. Minutes away from the zoo which was a plus!

The carpet was old and had embedded dirt if you walked barefoot your feet would be black with dirt the extra lock on the door was broken and offered no security other than those things it was an ok experience

It has a swimming pool and it was cool too be in the staff were helpful and pleasant no matter what was asked. Only thing I didn't like was that on my first day my room smelled like Ramen noodles but the concierge and me solved it by spraying down the room. So overall I would stay again
