The condominium is located in the highly sought-after historic Southwest Garden neighborhood, just one block away from the award-winning St. Louis Tower Grove Park, and walking distance to the restaurants and shops in both Tower Grove and The Hill areas.

This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath condominium has a fully stocked kitchen and in the heart of Tower Grove and walkable distance to great restaurants on the Hill neighborhood and South Grand restaurants. This unit has one king bed, one double bed and one bath in a shotgun style kitchen. Awesome place for extended stay

I stayed for approximately 2 1/2 months and I had a great experience. The owner is very nice and respectful and the property was what I expected. The area is very nice and safe. Close to downtown but not too close and lots of places in the area.

A great home base

A great location and comfortable apartment! We stayed 5 weeks. Garrett was really accessible, took care of anything we needed promptly and was flexible with us when we changed our checkout plans 3 times. My husband really enjoyed the back fire escape/porch as a place to sit and enjoy the beautiful trees in the quiet backyard. Tower Grove Park is a gem, and just a block away. The neighborhood is quiet, there’s a coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance.

Thanksgiving visit to St. Louis

We found the condo very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. We enjoyed our five day stay at the condo. Only suggestion we have that the owner add more dishes in the kithcen and add extra hand towels.

2019 C.O.G.I.C. Convocation!!

The neighborhood was nice & quiet. Parking was accessible, and we used the back when needed (coming in late after service and to load leaving). The inside was clean, modern, and just right for my son and I, although, had my daughter- in- law and grand had came there would have been plenty room.. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great.. nice flow & plenty hot water. The kitchen, well stocked and We loved the filter built-in water.. The steps were a challenge. This property is Top Flight within this category and Garrett, the owner, was On Point, easy to reach/communicate with and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Spot

Great property with all the necessities! Very comfy beds, great kitchen and sitting area! Garrett was very courteous and prompt with communication, checking in after our first night! Will definitely stay again when back in town for business!

Fun get away

The location couldn’t be better for museums, parks and entertainment. “The Hill/Tower Grove” area is just a short distance from tourists things but also just down the road from Barnes Jewish Hospital. The apartment building is old and quaint but the inside was very modern and decorated very cute. It was a perfect size for the two of us and would be good for a family of four. Truly enjoyed our stay and would work with Garett again. He was very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this adorable apartment.

Great Weekend

The property was clean, and we had no issues getting in and out of the neighborhood. Parking was pretty tight, no matter what time of day (you'll most likely have to parallel park), and the neighborhood was quiet. The door that leads into the condo was a bit difficult to open and close (made a pretty loud bang when you had to close it), and some spots in the floor creaked very loudly, but did not detract from the overall experience. Garrett responded to texts rather quickly, and even offered to provide an earlier check-in time for us, since we arrived in St. Louis sooner than expected. Definitely recommend Garrett's condo to anyone traveling to St. Louis!

Great place to stay. As long as you can do stairs to get to second floor. Calen, nice neighborhood. Close to attractions and everything one might need. We would stay there again.
