Someone has unplugged the fridge and the freezer defrosted. There was water all over the floor. We cleaned it up and the towel was so dirty. The floor wasn’t cleaned.

Our room was disgusting- brown (poop) stains on the bathroom wall, dust an cobwebs all over, after coming back from the pool I wiped some water off our room floor and the towel turned black! The shower head only had 3 holes that allowed water out! Absolutely gross and dirty

The staff at this Red Roof Inn were very nice and helpful. When I discovered ant trails in the room, they addressed the issue immediately and took care of it without hesitation. The room itself was nothing special—just a basic space to sleep in—but it served its purpose. The location was ideal for me since everything I needed was close by. The room I stayed in was a bit outdated, but considering the price, it was a bargain and met my expectations for the cost. Overall, there was nothing particularly bad about my stay, but nothing stood out either. I’m not sure if I would stay here again, but for a budget-friendly option, it was acceptable.

We were going to a wedding and reception and booked a room to use to change clothes and have a place for everyone in our group to meet. The check in was super-fast and the room was clean. My granddaughter ended up leaving her tablet in the room. When I called to ask if it was found the staff said no but went and checked the room. They found her tablet and held it for us at the front desk. I can't believe how wonderful Red Roof in was for the price. 10 out of 10 recommend.

While the front desk staff was very friendly, I ended up COVERED in bedbug bites. I stayed in room 204. I would not visit again. The overall environment was very dirty, visible mold in the halls. Just needed a place to stay but now I very much regret this choice.

Great place to stay. Very clean and the staff was outstanding. I live 5 hours away and half way home Victor called me to tell me I left my suit hanging behind the door. This place met all my expectations and it was very quiet here for the four days I was here The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, bed made up, trash taken out, etc. The continental breakfast was two different cereals Frosted Flakes and Bran Flakes with milk, bananas, yogurt- peach or strawberry,hostess cupcakes, twinkies, honey buns, toast, bagels, apple and orange juice. Cracker Barrell and Taco Bell were in walking distance as well as gas stations. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed Bugs!

Room seemed nice enough when we got there. But as soon as my son laid down to go to sleep he got bit. When we examined the bed further, it was COVERED in bed bugs under the fitted sheet and we found several larger ones on top of the sheet. Desk clerk didn’t even question when we went back to get our money back and leave. Seemed like it happens a lot. She was very nice though.
