Convenient location, clean room, good door dash options. Nice quiet room with comfy bed and clean bath. Yes, it's a little basic but was exactly what I wanted - a clean, quiet, easy access, comfortable place to sleep and shower at a great price! Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean property inside and out. Very friendly staff but we were unaware there was no ice on the property. After a 14hr travel day and wanting to unwind with a cocktail in our room it was very disappointing you had to make ice in your room. When you’re only staying for a quick sleep and there is nothing close, it was a terrible end to a very long day. Recommend, but be aware to bring ice if it is a must in your world.

Got there and staff had to check of room was clean. Came back 30 min later with a bottle of cleaner and towel went to room and not sure if it had even been cleaned from the last person. Floor was black when I wiped it. No amenities at all in room except one small bar of soap and small shampoo bottle. Kitchenette had nothing in it not even a paper cup or silverware no coffee maker in room. Only one in lobby . The yard around back had dog crap everywhere in the grass. Room was quiet. Bed ok

Building was brand new, appears to look nice and in good shape. The staff was great to deal with and they allowed my two small dogs with a small fee. Our stay was short but with this being new construction, the build quality is just plain cheap. Is it in good shape and appear nice? Yes but if you know how new construction is these days, you will understand what I mean. Everything was builders grade, the outlets were extremely cheap. I’m a journeyman electrician and it’s been a while since I’ve dealt with outlets that cheap, just was very hard to plug in outlets in certain areas. The ceiling was constantly thumping above us from people walking, it was worse than an apartment. Walls appeared to be very thin, could hear the people next to us. Can’t say anyone was being rude, just built very cheap. Again the staff was great, I hate to leave only 3 stars but I have to point this out for anyone who would not like these issues. Maybe make sure you get a top floor room to avoid hearing people walk around above you.

The room was clean and the price was low. But your description fails to point our the extent to which this hotel is "no frills." While the room contained a nice kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, two-burner stove top and sink), it has no plates, utensils, cups, silverware, or pots. Apparently they only provide these items with an extra charge Also, no hair dryer, few amenities (soap and shampoo only), and my TV never worked during my three-day stay.

It's on the cheaper side due to no breakfast. They have a kitchen setup in the room but have bring your own utensils. And the bed is new and very firm.
