"When you stay at this property you will feel like it is a home away from home. Chris was a terrific host. He was always available to us.The property and pool was very clean and smelled fresh. It was probably the most well supplied house we’ve ever rented.. It seems he has thought of everything a guest can use, from the bathroom amenities, usable cooking tools in good condition, plenty of dishes/cups, comfortable beds and furniture, hooks and drying racks everywhere for convenience, fuzzy lap blankets for chilly nights, and a cupboard full of beach towels. There was even a cozy dog bed for any furry friends. The extensive arcade room was fabulous! My husband and adult son played Donkey Kong adding a touch of nostalgia. The neighborhood was generally quiet. The night of the Superbowl there were some festive neighbors behind the house, but nothing went too late nor got too rowdy. Do note, there is a neighborhood rooster that was far off in the distance…close enough to be heard, but far enough away so as not to be annoying. The neighborhood felt very safe. This home is in a convenient location. Don’t hesitate if you are considering staying at Chris’s property."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable beach bungalow! The home was very clean upon arrival (just a small note—the garbage hadn’t been taken to the curb the Tuesday we arrived, but not a big deal). The beachy vibe was relaxing and perfect for a couple. The bed was super comfy, and the large, tall shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. One of our favorite features was the large uncovered back deck with a beautiful sunrise—morning coffee out there is a must! You also get a gorgeous view of the Indian River and causeway bridge. Thoughtful extras like tea bags, coffee kcups, and assorted snacks were a nice touch. It’s mostly quiet at night, though you may hear a train whistle—ear plugs recommended for light sleepers. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the beach and Indian River, with quaint shops and charming restaurants nearby along the train tracks. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, and parking was easy with plenty of space. The host was extremely responsive before and during our stay. We chose this spot because it was close to family and couldn’t have picked better. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and would recommend this place to everyone. Easy 5 stars!"
