"The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds. The food is great. The staff were very friendly. With me being a travel agent I would have given this hotel 10 out of10 but the walls are very thin that you can hear the people talking in the other room. I didn’t get a good night sleep because I heard the traffic all night on the highway. The hotel is right off the highway. The traffic is very heavy and noisy in the mornings. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. "

"The first room had a broken lock on the door. The second room didn’t have a working microwave or fridge. The pool was said to be warmed but was freezing cold and we couldn’t use the hot tub. The towels by the pool was dirty and there were used band aids by the pool"

"Awesome stay! Ruby in the snack/breakfast area was delightful and such a joy! We enjoyed visiting with her. The staff at the reception desk was also very nice!"

"The room was very outdated and the plumbing could use some work too. I was not impressed with the "hardwood" flooring, it felt.... dirty. Staff was ok, neither good nor bad."

"This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We asked to switch rooms because I found hair, debris and a mini flashlight in the bed upon arrival. When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine. The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs. We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room). I understand that this place is important to house people who may otherwise be unhoused, but it still needs to be maintained. No one should have to live or stay in this filth."
