"We were on the 7th floor and it was exceedingly quiet. Despite being so close to Tralfalgar and all the bars and theaters, we hardly heard any street noise at night. The staff were very cordial and accommodating and the location made almost all of the London sights within walking distance."

"The location was perfect. Close to a few tube stations. The free washer and dryer was so helpful. Didn’t even need to pack soap. We really appreciated the ice machine and filtered water dispenser with provided refillable bottles. Would stay here again."

"We loved the location of this hotel, it was walking distance to theaters and many top restaurants. The staff were always helpful and friendly. However, it needs some serious maintenance work. The shower never drained right, the second day we had to turn off the water three times in the middle of showering to let the water drain so it wouldn’t run onto the floor. After they tried to fix it we only had to turn it off once during each shower. We had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom on three mornings. The first time it happened it was clear from stains on the ceiling that it was a recurring problem. So not sure we would recommend this hotel for those reasons."

"Staff excellent service. Our room was clean and towels change everyday. Windows have noice cancellation, which helps with blocking city noise. We booked the room with extra space and was ideal for me and my husband. Given us space to open our luggage and room to walk to not feel cramped. My only complaint was the water temperature in the shower we couldn’t adjusted. Luckily for us, was at a temperature we did like. Also, room pillows need an upgrade. Rooftop views are beautiful. However can’t comment on the restaurant didn’t try it. "

"Despite the hotel stating on its website that parking is available, there is no parking of any kind. Additionally, we arrived at the hotel at 2:45 PM. The lobby was full of expectant guests all waiting for the magic 3:00 check in time. The staff was insistent on waiting until 3:00 before anyone could check in. This resulted in a considerable queue that caused frustration from the guests and irritation from the staff. It was a most unpleasant experience. As for the facilities themselves, I’ve not seen such filthy carpeting since my dog relived himself in the sitting room. Horrendous stains throughout the hallways and into the rooms themselves. Our window looked directly out into the walkway of a neighboring home and we were privileged to have them look in on us through the evening and the following morning. The television hung at a precarious angel and appeared to be on the verge of jumping off the wall if not for its fear of touching the aforementioned carpeting. The screen would go black after a few minutes and remain with only sound thereafter. I cannot recommend this hotel for anyone unless you find some pleasure in rude, overbearing staff, carpeting that doubles for farm floors and inoperable tech that is bordering on a health hazard. Do yourself and everyone in the civilized world a favor and seek other, any other, accommodations. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Z Hotel Leicester Square! The room was compact, but super cleverly designed so it had everything I needed without feeling cramped. It was clean, comfy, and perfect for just crashing after a busy day in London. The staff were lovely—really friendly and happy to help with anything, which always makes a difference. You honestly can’t beat the location. Step outside and you’re right in the middle of everything—Leicester Square, theatres, food, transport… it’s all right there. And for such a central spot, the price was actually really reasonable. Would definitely stay again—great little base for a London trip!"
