"This was our second visit. Simmi welcomed us with ❤️. A special place, different from all others. The wide ocean view from the rooms is spectacular and just a quick walk across the street a great food pub. Comfortable beds, great shower and all the amenities you need. Super quiet."

"We stayed for a full week this time in this peaceful, clean and comfortable retreat. Its location is perfect as home base for day trips up or down the east coast or for the full-day round trip to the beautiful west coast. Highly recommended!"

"I would stay here again. Friendly owners, conscientious, considerate, clean and yes professional. The beach is just across the street so very convenient. Lots of parking. Coffee and fridge with freezer. A bonus. A dear was grazing on their flowers right by the office door. Now that ’s a great thing. He felt right at home too. I’ll be back."

"This looked like the original home of the people who pioneered on the property back in the day, so it had loads of rustic charm. It reminded me of my grandmother's house. There were several pieces of lovely period furniture, but the bathrooms had been modernized with up-to-date shower and toilets. The beds were comfy, and there were fans and air conditioners running when we arrived. The host was super quick to respond to questions, and the property manager came right away when we needed something. They had the best-stocked pantry we have ever seen in places like these (taco shells, rice, oats, sugar, flour, microwave popcorn, soup, etc.). They allowed us to eat apples from the apple tree outside, too. We did not use the gym, but we played bocce ball on the lawn. In sum, the place was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay very much!"
