Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.

🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.

There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.

Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.

Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.

Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. We’re not responsible for post-checkout charges.

عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة

My review of Tropical Breeze Motel.

Efficiency unit was clean and the size fit our needs. The bathroom needed total upgrade. Needed new frigerator and stove. We were given no information on what to do with the garbage or recyclable s. Swimming pool closed by Dept of Health the two weeks we were there and we could use their sister motel pool which went under construction the second week. No proper loungers at the pool and pool was certainly not heated. Overall the whole motel unit needed some tender loving care. I would not go there again.
