"Room slightly outdated and a little shabby. Having towels, chaise and umbrella free of charge was wonderful. Staff was always friendly!!! Very helpful and always treated us with such great customer service Consider having some complimentary coffee in lobby. Prices pretty steep on a lot of things but I guess that’s expected at a resort."

"I loved our stay at Rumfish resort! Rooms were clean and all staff was so helpful and friendly. Our beach view was fabulous! All of the activities for my 9 year old daughter was great and having the booklet with all the activities and times were so helpful. The golf cart transportation between the 2 results, the text message reminders for events were also so helpful! We barely left the resort!"

"Overall Great Stay with Amazing Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt! The service across the board was top-notch—the housekeeping staff kept everything clean and comfortable, and the restaurant served fantastic food. A special shoutout to the bartenders as well; the drinks were exceptionally well-made. Even the drinking water tasted remarkably good! I really appreciated that they didn't nickel and dime us during our stay. Getting four complimentary bottled waters every day was a great touch that made a big difference. My only minor critique is at the pool area: the view of the water is partially blocked by the railing. It's a small thing in the grand scheme of a great stay, but it would be amazing to have an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico while lounging pool-side. Overall, a fantastic hotel and experience. We would definitely return!"
