Delightful Apt Close to the Beach

This delightful 2nd-floor apartment is located on a quiet residential street and is only 7 miles from the beach! Shopping and dining options are less than a mile away. The apartment has been remodeled and hosts a sofabed in the living room, and a queen-size in the bedroom. This is perfect for a beach vacation and includes complimentary WiFi as well as all of your basic kitchen needs. A dedicated parking spot is included!

Prime location!

We had a great time in St.Pete staying at this vrbo. It’s location is perfect to hop on the sunrunner bus to get to downtown or the beach within 20 minutes. Everything in the unit was as described and we had no problems checking in and out. Host was very communicative. Would visit again!

Much Needed Rest!!!

I really enjoyed the place. Needed somewhere to lay my head for several days catch up get focused. This property was ideal for my situation and I’m super grateful to property owners for working with me in early check in! 100% recommend this property.

False advertising

The photos listed on VRBO were a scam. They clearly staged the accommodations with beautiful furniture then removed the furniture and replaced it with cheap uncomfortable furniture. In the photos, the masterbedroom had a queen bed looked beautiful, with a headboard. In actuality it was a queen bed on a rickety bed frame with skimpy legs that creaked every time you got into bed. It showed a dresser there was no dresser. It showed beautiful end tables and lamps, again cheap little table and cheap paper shaded lamps, the living room showed a beautiful plush comfy couch and matching chairs. All that was there was an uncomfortable love seat and chairs that looked like and felt like they came out of the 50’s. The kitchen table in the photo was a wooden top table and matching chairs that seated four. All that was there was a desk top and two cafeteria style old chairs. The listing showed a full working kitchen Including a stove and fridge. the stove did not work at all. It took VRBO 6 days to finally get a technician in to fix it. We were only there 7 days. Our hot meals had to be purchased instead of being able prepared there. VRBO offered us 7.50 per meal compensation for the loss. Their is no heat source other than a heat fan in the washroom. There are electrical issues like illegal installation of rangehood,with no electrical box connectors. The 240 volt wall heater plug was all taped up with electrical tape, fire trap. Buyer be ware!

The house is ok & in good neighborhood , The bed is a dissaster it is broken & matras not good, & we found under the matras bed bugs traps. The sofa bed matras is soft & you feel all the springs, Pots & pans we were missing a large pan.

Nice property and at $66/night plus fees, a fantastic vslue. Definitely better than say a Best Western. The kitchen was stocked and eating in is the number one way to save money. The area is relatively quiet snd right by a few key bus stops. Cons: janky outdoor stairs and windows. The stairs are dangerous in the rain. The chairs in thr common area are rotted. Also the showerhead is short. Because i have mobility issues i wouldnt go back until the stairs are changed. Otherwise id definitely go back its a great value.

Filthy apartment

I walked in and walked out. The place was filthy. Sheets were disgusting with hair on it and other stuff. Everything was falling apart. There were two towel sets there (brown old towels with some bleach stains on them) instead of 5 sets as the place is advertised to fit 5 people. The air conditioner was making noise similar to the tractor so there was no way anyone can sleep in that place. The mattress looked (i did not dare to try it) worn out with sagging in the middle. Cannot imagine sleeping on it.

2nd Floor Garage Unit

I blame VRBO for screwing our reservation. We chose a single family house, not second floor. We are in mid 70’s and that staircase is unsafe. Also no outdoor lighting climbing fire escape stairs. No other exit in case of fire. Poor water pressure in shower. Windows had broken screens. We believe this rental is in violation is safety codes. Felt like I was dealing with AI when messaging host.

Perfect beach rental

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful rental. Good amenities. Close to all downtown and beach spots. Wish our stay was longer! Cant wait to rent this location again! Worth every penny.
