Great location and stay, friendly staff. Thank you for sharing your home. Slightly odd when we got to the condo around 430pm the tv was on and a trip maintenance came in around 530pm without knocking, thought that was a little odd as well. 2 minutes later he knocked and apologized.Thank you again for sharing your lovely home.John and Pam

Beautiful place

Condo was pretty very clean. Nice essentials when uou first very there. Ready check in and out. Internet was our only issue which was an issue 2 out of 5 nights cause it rained. Bedroom tv you can only stream so wecouldnt use it.

We had an amazing stay here. The views were just fantastic from the condo. Everything in the condo was spotless. There's nothing else you need for the perfect beack on the beach.We will definitely be back

Great two weeks

I can’t say enough about the location, absolutely beautiful. The condo itself is extremely clean, roomy enough.Beach chairs were fantastic, we have been to a lot of places where they claim to have beach chairs and they’re either broken or very old, they even gave us a beach wagon.We will definitely try and rent again

South beach stay Mar. 29-apr. 5/2025

My husband and I enjoyed our week stay at this condo very much. It was very clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the board walk and beach. We also really enjoyed our beach days. Chairs and an umbrella and wagon were very handy.

What a week!

We had a fantastic time in Treasure Island last week and we felt like the accommodations at South Beach were perfect for us! The unit was very comfortable, had everything we needed and what a view! The weather was absolutely perfect as well. We'll definitely look at coming back in the near future!

Sunset views from deck

Great central location to explore nearby attractions. Enjoyed sunsets from our balcony and was the perfect spot to relax after daily activities. We particularly enjoyed our walks along the beach.

A Million dollar View

The property is perfectly located on the gulf. The unit has a balcony overlooking the water and from the 6th floor, the view is amazing. The rooms are spacious, kitchen was easy to prepare meals in( although it would have been nice to have more than 4 plates, spoons and forks and knives. ) there is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. I would definitely stay there again.

Clearwater invite stay

Only issue was elevator was out when we checked in and our room was on the 6th floor. Was not given a heads up and elevator was out the first 2 days we were there. Everything else was great.

Weekend Getaway

Pros: location, very walkable to area shopping and restaurants, beautiful beaches, perfect weather, the room was spacious for 2 adults, view from 6th floor balcony was incredible.Cons: coffee stained mug, dishwasher that was not fully emptied, elevators were not working, staff at front counter did not acknowledge us with a smile or greeting, we were told to purchase supplies for the room that ended up being there when we arrived.

Look no more and book here

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The two most important things for us, are cleanliness and proximity to the beach. The unit was very clean and the closeness to the beach couldn't be beat. While we didn't use even a quarter of the extras, this place has nearly everything you need for your beach stay. Closet was stocked with beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and toys. Shuffleboard, ping pong, grills, hammocks and a pool. Our unit was exactly as pictured and was tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with basic meal prep needs. Perhaps a new mattress and sofa bed are in order, but they were clean and neither were terribly uncomfortable that we didn't rest adequately. Loved being walking distance to restaurants. Really enjoyed the convenience of the cement "boardwalk" for daily walks. Peaceful area and stay. Overall, if we visit the area again, we would definitely rebook this unit.

Overall great experience

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 5 nights. There are many great restaurants, shopping, fishing, things to do in the area. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous from the balcony. A beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. were available for our use. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient. The check-in process was seamless. The beach is at your back door. The areas that could be improved upon, would be to replace the living room furniture. The couch is very old and you would literally sink into it and have a little bit of a problem getting out of it. The bed should be replaced as well. The middle of it sinks in, so we found ourselves having to balance ourselves on the edge of the bed while we slept. The unit itself was surface clean, but the floors need a good scrubbing, not just a vacuum. After walking around in our bare feet, the bottoms of our feet were black. The air-conditioning ducts need to be cleaned as well. We would clean the kitchen and wake up in the morning and have to wipe down the countertops again . The bathroom is outdated but workable. With a little updating and TLC, I would give this a five star.
