**Welcome to Surfside Condos 202!**

Escape to a beachfront oasis in our spacious 1,370 square foot condo, perfectly located on the second floor of a six-story building. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it an ideal getaway for family or friends. With a one-week minimum stay, Surfside Condos 202 provides ample time to explore and unwind in the beautiful surroundings.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a bright open floorplan that combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The full kitchen, equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster, boasts stunning granite countertops and three barstools nestled at the breakfast bar. You'll have everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal with the provided dishes and utensils.

Dining becomes a social event with our large table seating 8, complemented by an additional three barstools at the breakfast bar. The living room, overlooking the dining table, features a full sofa and loveseat accommodating up to five people. Additional chairs from the dining table can be used for extra seating.

The living room's sliding glass door leads to a sprawling balcony that runs the length of the condo, providing breathtaking views of the beach. This outdoor space can also be accessed through the master bedroom, inviting cool breezes and natural light into your private retreat. The master bedroom is a haven of relaxation with a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath featuring a double sink vanity and a large shower.

Our second bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds, while the third room houses a twin bed bunk system, perfect for kids or adults alike. The guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and a single sink vanity.

For your convenience, this condo has ceramic tile throughout and is equipped with a washer and dryer. Central air conditioning and heating ensure your comfort all year round, and the provided linens, towels, iron, and hairdryer cater to all your needs.

Outside, you can take a dip in the heated pool, grill your favorite meal, or enjoy a picnic in the garden area. Free parking for one car is included, and the condo also offers internet access for your entertainment and work needs.

Good Condo and great location

The condo was exactly as advertised. that is, PERFECT!. We had 7 people including 3 boys age 3-10 and walked away with no damage done :-). The condo is on the second floor right on the beach. The pool was always clean and refreshing after a day a the beach. The closest restaurants Palm pavilion and frenchies Rockaway were walking distance. The pier 60 is also walkable but in the heat its a challenge. We utilized the trolley (kids free, adults $2.50) if we wanted to go closer to the pier because parking at pier is crowded. The condo was very well supplied and lacked nothing. Beds were comfy. We had a huge balcony looking out over the beach and sunsets! The property management company is excellent. We had extended a day without any issues. We were able to get into the condo 4 hours early!!!!! That's unheard of. Just really good people running this. They were always around, cleaning, working etc... we absolutely would stay here again and recommend this for families.

The unit was just okay. When the owner remodeled the unit for the additional bedroom for the kids, it made the master suite unusual because of the long hall to the master bath. If there was a pull out couch, it would have been better. Not sure we will stay in this unit again.

Unit

Renting was easy. Unit was poorly equipped and dirty. Advertised beach chairs and umbrella were not usable. Rusty and a real mess. Kitchen poorly equipped. Many lights not working. Lobby smelled bad. When I called agent about the beach equipment she said well I guess you will have to rent some. Said we’re not responsible for what owner provides. I said if you represent them you should at least know how the unit is equipped as advertised. I would not recommend this unit especially at the premium price we paid. Furniture uncomfortable and needs updating. Best thing was the balcony and the great beach view.

This is a great place to stay. On the beach, spacious, seating for many people, spotlessly clean, and with every imaginable cooking equipment you could want. we liked it so much, we booked for next year.

A wonderful condo and location

The condo had plenty of room for our family of seven. Love the location, north of the main strip but still close enough to walk. The area was not crowded, the view was amazing, and the beach was beautiful! Pool was clean. Property was well-kept. There were plenty of linens, towels, and even beach towels for our family. Can't say enough good things about this great rental!

Beach Lovers Paradise

Property is a great front row seat to the sunset every night, beautiful beach, property was well maintained and property management was quick to address any issue. The property owner has clearly made a number of upgrades to the property I would suggest some attention be given to the second bath and perhaps some new cookware. We would happily return to this property any time we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Loved it!

This condo was everything our family of 8 required. Wished the small room with bunk beds would have had a closet or been just a bit bigger since we had older kids with us. It was within walking distance of many restaurants.

Excellent location

This property is in such a great location! Easy walking distance to restaurants, the marina, shops and the pier. Very clean condo stocked with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and umbrellas. I’d go back again!

Perfect Condo!!

This was the perfect condo! There were eight of us. Me, my husband, my 3 sons (23, 21 & 19), my two nephews (both 20) and my 4 year old granddaughter and this condo slept all of us comfortably. The condo is directly on the beach and since it's about a mile north of the pier, it's a little less crowded. The condo was equipped with all the pots and pans we needed for cooking and a gas grill outside which we cooked hamburger and hotdogs on one evening. There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and washcloths. There were even a few brand new beach chairs available for use. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your condo! It was an absolute delight! We would love to stay there again soon!

Badly in need of renovations

We stayed at Surfside Condos #202 from March 4th - 18th, 2017. While the location of this beachfront condo is ideal, that is just about the only positive. This condo is in dire need of renovations and serious updating. From a sliding door to the balcony that doesn't lock (a wooden stick is provided to block the sliding door!), to a master bathroom that is straight out of a 1950's motel, leaky plumbing and all. From chipped and peeling paint to moldy grout and filthy baseboards. Not to mention hodgepodge furniture and lighting fixtures from the 70"s. No beach towels are provided. We are not being mean or elitist. We rented a similar condo last year in the sister building The Villas and that unit, although less expensive, was in excellent shape and decorated inexpensively but with good taste and obvious care. This unit 202 suffers from gross neglect, as if the owners know it will be rented anyways because of its location so why bother maintaining it. At the price they charge, that is inexcusable.

Beautiful views, clean and well equiped!

We had a multi-generation girls vacation with ages from 16 to 70+ and there was something for everyone. We could not come up with anything we would have changed. The condo has a well supplied kitchen if you want to do any cooking as well as a grill by the pool area. If you don't feel like cooking there are several fantastic restaurants within walking distance. There are plenty of beach supplies provided...chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys for kids, and towels. Great beach for sunsets, coral and shells. Our stay was in February and had a couple of cool windy days so we took advantage of the heated pool which is pretty secluded from the wind and still gets some sun. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves or just a few others. Overall...we would all highly recommend Surfside Condo 202 for a wonderful home away from home vacation. We loved Clearwater Beach and hope to return again.
