Stay on the top floor at the perfect location on quiet Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. The view is fantastic!

The kitchen is fully equipped, the pool is heated year-round, there are beachfront BBQ grills, plenty of open parking, on-site coin operated laundry, and a wonderful relaxed atmosphere to melt away your troubles.
Please note:
-- Sunset Chateau is a non-smoking resort. There are smoking areas nearby in the garage area, but smoking is not allowed in any part of the building (including the balconies).
-- Due to damage from the hurricanes of late 2024, the pool at this location is not in service at this time.

Upgrading

We stayed on the 3rd floor corner unit very nice and upgraded clean and white. This time went with a unit that was 30$ cheaper a night and it showed! Plus 2 rolls of TP for a week? Really! Next time I stay I will upgrade the unit a little more! Very nice location! Right on the beach😁❤️suggestion, place needs upgrade and an umbrella way to hot not to have an umbrella for the guests!

Great location

The location with the view of the ocean and ease to the beach is outstanding. The management company is very responsive, professional and helpful. The only issue we had is that they were doing renovations on the condo next door. They were only there one day but it was extremely loud and disruptive. They also really early so it woke us up. I don’t know if the owner knew about this but it about have been helpful to know beforehand.

Amazing time

This was my first time renting a property with Vrbo, and the experience couldn't be better! The instructions for the property were on time and very clear, we were able to be in touch with the property manager for any problem or need at any moment. The location was great and the view was outstanding! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful quite location.

The property in general was fantastic. With beach and pool always calling. Quite and cordial neighbors. No problems. Hosts entertained our early check in requests and came through in the end. Absolutely no complaints.

Fall getaway

607 is a nice unit, we like this condo and have stayed here several times. The pool was closed and everything was a mess because of the hurricane. The steps to the beach were washed away; actually the whole beach with all the new sand that was put there a few years ago was washed away in that stretch of Sunset Beach. But we will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Its has some modern flair inside of a somewhat dated complex. Although the elevators must have been repaired as they were quick and efficient. Ideal beachfront property

Beautiful little place with a stunning view of the beach! Easy to check in, walkable to a few nice places to dine and drink while enjoying the sunsets. When we called a minor issue to the attention of the management, it was addressed promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place!

This 1 bedroom on the beach is perfect for 2 adults. Really good location. Walking distance to a couple bars, restaurants. Grocery store only about a mile away. I'll stay here again.

Beach Paradise

The view and the sounds of the surf are right out your front door. The beach is an elevator ride down. Caddy’s is so close. If there are issues, the management company quickly responds. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location

We love Sunset Beach. The location is perfect. The condo is quiet and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. I enjoyed the comfy chair by the window. We had some issues, but all were resolved. ITrip was very accommodating.
