Perfect Place!

We had an amazing trip! We loved it so much, we extended our stay. The property manager was so easy to communicate with. Always a quick response to texts! We are talking about possibly renting a unit for a month next summer!

Excellent Location! Great Amenities!

We had a great time! The apartment is close to downtown, literally a quick bike ride or a one minute car ride to the Pier. The apartment was clean, felt like home, and well stocked! We will be returning!

Bring your own Toilet Paper!

The condo was lovely, our only complaint about the condo was only ONE use of toilet paper in the guest restroom (thankfully we only had to #1) , and less than half a roll of toilet paper in the master. The paper towels weren’t such a big deal, but there was only 5 paper towels left on the whole roll. When I messaged the property manager, they NEVER responded to the message. P.S. Thankfully they did respond when I asked for the property with the check in procedures and key codes. But I had to ask for them the day of arrival.

Perfect spot

Nice place. Nice location. Plenty of room for the family to be comfortable. No excessive checkout duties. Very close to the SSI pier and the shops/restaurants there. Easy and quick to get out to Brunswick for more options. If you are a pilot, the FBO at KSSI is very nice and right around the corner with rental cars on site.

Relaxing Thanksgiving

We spent our Thanksgiving break on Saint Simons and loved this property. It was perfect for our family and our basset hound loved the deck!!

Not Quite Up to Snuff . . .

Overall, the place was pretty much as advertised. Unfortunately the carpeting was FILTHY, with several seams ready to come apart. Also, the main bathroom had a good deal of hair in the sink and in the tub. Not one of the three TVs was HD, nor were any of them smart TVs. Considering what we paid, we expected more than that. Otherwise the place and the community were fine, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything worked. Would probably look for a different unit for future stays.

Just like home!

This was a great experience - clean, cozy, roomy, beautifully decorated, easy access to beach and downtown area. Can walk to downtown/pier. Quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this property. My sons and I stayed while visiting my sister and her family at beach.

Great Location

The location was perfect. Parking was fairly easy, even during the busy season. Walking distance (.5-1 mile) to most everything you need. Great amenities (pool, playground, tennis courts, etc.) which we didn’t use. The apartment is simple, small, but had everything we needed. We found the mattresses very uncomfortable, but that could be personal preference so I did not take a star for that. The property manager was rather rude on the phone, but gave needed information for entry since we never received any written/email information prior to check-in, which was disconcerting for me since I like to have a plan in place prior to everything. Overall, the experience was great, and for the price-point, this place was exactly what we could’ve hoped for!

New Years 2021

Two couples spent 4 nights and 5 days at this VRBO over New Year's Eve 2021. The condo was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with appropriate utensils, cook ware, coffee pot and even a Cuisnart open up griddle. Furniture was very comfortable including the king and queen beds and the porch furniture. The stacked washer and drier was in good working order and was a nice convenience. If there was one thing I missed was a better view from the porch but this was a last minute rental so we were lucky to find it. The VRBO location was excellent being .5 miles from the village and was convenient to the beach by vehicle or golf cart. The unit had plenty of convenient parking and close access to the both pools. Overall we all agreed that if the opportunity arose we wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great location, had everything we needed, used the pool and fished in the lake (didn't catch anything). Recommended for up to four people. Good times!
