We are still overwhelmed, how friendly the staff is at this particular location. Our every need seem to be catered to, and taken care of, and if we wanted to be left us alone, they left us alone. We were on the premises at off-season, which we love and we still had plenty of things to do. Yes, several of the restaurants were closed and the bars, but that’s OK. We didn’t come to eat and drink. We came to be Merry and we were and we loved it. Thank you very much.

We had a delightful honeymoon at Great Bay Condominiums. We enjoyed taking 15 minute ocean-side, leisurely walks entirely on the property. Day sails, sailing lessons and snorkling start conveniently on-site. Best of all was the attitude of the entire staff. From concierge to waiters to housekeeping to porters to anyone that crossed our path, a smile and a hello, and attention to our needs was everyone's utmost priority.

I highly recommend vacationing at Great Bay Condos at the Ritz - St. Thomas. First time visit to USVI with a family so didn't know what to expect. This place had it all right at our fingertips - very clean 2/br condo with amazing waterfront views, attentive and extremely friendly staff, well kept grounds / pools / beach, etc., Equipment rentals onsite - which was convenient. The list goes on....great experience for us.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff - friendly, attentive. Our 2 bedroom/bath condo was beautifully furnished, everything we needed and very spacious. Housekeeping service was excellent. We had groceries delivered and ready in the room (put away) upon our arrival. Preferred beach on hotel side. Food $$$. Boat excursions were great- we did Sonic Charter one day and evening cruise on Lady Lyndsey- sunset & views beautiful. This was off season and we loved it- no crowds

The staff is friendly and the property was clean. Unfortunately, their beach is useless. The hotel beach was full of seaweed and we had to force 30 min everyday to the nice clean water beach on the other side of the island. This property should let their customers know in advance that their beach is closed! I found it deceiving, since it is advertised as “has direct access to the beach” I would have booked a different hotel had I know that I wasn’t going to be able to swim in the ocean. I didn’t go to St Thomas to swim in a pool!
