Welcome to a truly special experience on Sapphire beach! This amazing penthouse, private condo is a 2-story unit with living area on the second floor and sleeping area on the 3rd floor for more privacy.
A corner unit with 2 wrap-around decks (1 on each floor). Upscale and calming furnishings help you maintain a peaceful state of mind. The unit is in the 'C' building, perfectly centered on exquisite Sapphire Beach and close to the pool. Corner unit is very private and welcomes ocean breezes throughout the condo.
This condo provides the best views of the beach and surrounding US Virgin islands. The beauty of the US Virgin Islands surround you from the living areas, sleeping areas and wrap-around decks . VIEWTASTIC!
Close to the pool and a just steps away from the new on-premise coffee shop and newly expanded beach bar. A new Pizza restaurant, gift shop and Open Air restaurant (SEA SALT) are now open. The marina is located behind the condo for adventurous or relaxing excursions.
This unit contains a washer and dryer, a very convenient upgrade that other condos do not have. There are 2 foldout couches in addition to the super comfortable king size bed. Condo is stocked with games, beach toys, multiple sets of snorkeling gear (including fins) coolers, beach towels, cable TV and free wi-fi. If you are looking for a relaxing, calming vacation on a beautiful beach, this is the place for you! The quaint town of Red Hook is 1 mile away with restaurants, a marina and a ferry to St John.

Simply Perfect

We were there for a week for my son’s wedding and other related activities The accommodations and location were just perfect. Access to condo, communication and cleanliness were flawless. The condo was very well equipped with more than I had expected. And the welcome gift was a very nice surprise. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach front stay at Sapphire Beach. Loved the chickens and cats too!

Nice stay!

Beautiful views! We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very accommodating. Try the chicken sandwich at the beach bar and check out the cute boutique. Oh and great breakfast sandwiches at the coffee shop. Thank you!

As usual the property was amazing! Owners are always quick to respond. Location is perfect, close to the marina for pairsaliing and close to town for shopping and restaurants.

Gorgeous Property

This condo exceeded our expectations and the pictures truly don’t do it justice. The condo was so roomy and the views were absolutely stunning from both decks. All of the small details and amenities Kim provides in her property are so convenient. We will definitely be back in the future!!

Beautiful Condo

Had an amazing stay. Condo was everything the reviews and listing say and more. Really appreciated the strong communication leading up to the trip also. Extra tip- if you plan to enjoy the beach, bring bug spray to help avoid the sand flea bites.

Beautiful place, clean and welcoming. Pictures don't do it justice with amazing views from both balconies. Conveniently located close to the market, bars, and restaurants. Washer/dryer was a huge plus for us! Host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Quick Getaway

The location in St Thomas is pristine! It is close to everything, and if you don't want to leave the condo area there is no reason to! The condo had incredible views from both levels, and the amenities available were just what we needed. We would come back again, for sure.

Great location

The condo is in an excellent location for anything you want to do on the island. View from the balcony was outstanding!!! Condo was well stocked and more like a home than a rental property. We took a boat tour out of Sapphire Bay Marina and it was really convenient to just walk over. The owner recommended a local rental company for a car and we were very pleased with them, more convenient than the National car rental companies. Would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in St Thomas.

Spoil Yourself!

Everything about this unit was top notch! Views! Did I say views? Location made exploring very easy but it was equally easy to stay put! The beach, pool and restaurants were honestly the best on the island. Working with the owner was seamless and she has made sure everything you need is there! Wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else and look forward to our return!

Great Time on Sapphire Beach

The unit we stayed in was great for my family of 4. The views from the balconies never get old and the proximity to all the amenities offered at Sapphire were very convenient. Kim the host was super helpful prior to our stay providing recommendations on activities and etc. My kids and I enjoyed the snorkeling right off the beach in front of the unit, which was the main reason we stayed at Sapphire and it did not disappoint. The beach bar had the best fish tacos, and rest of the food options were great. I would highly recommend Kim's unit. Matt from NH

Love Sapphire

We stayed 16 nights. We enjoy St Thomas and spend most days on a boat or beach hopping. Sapphire is such a convenient property. Great beach, food options, pool sunrises with coffee. I loved the 2 level condo. Staying here was comfy. Great bed, stocked kitchen, good wifi. My husband and i work a few hours every morning to maintain our businesses. We had an easy time. My only challenge and the 4 star rating with our stay was the washer/dryer were not working. We packed for 5 days. We have used a laundromat in the past but that cuts into vaca time. So we chose this place specifically for that feature and convenience. Im sure repairs will be happening as Kim was working on it before we left.

Amazing!

We could not have choose a better place to stay. Kim was always quick to respond to my many questions before we left home and during our stay. The views, water and snorkeling at resort were amazing. We could not stop taking pictures. The inside of resort was just as photos described. Kim even had a special treat for us when we arrived for our anniversary with a hand written card. A very comfortable stay from luxury linens, snorkeling gear, kitchen supplies and all the little needs available in the unit When we snorkeled on sapphire beach right outside our room, we saw turtles, many tropical fish, an octopus, and other sea creatures. We even snorkeled at St. John beaches and enjoyed sapphire beach more. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Condo!

This condo is wonderful. It is clean and well stocked. Everything is there that you need for a perfect beach vacation - beach stuff, towels, toiletries, etc. Even though it was really hot and there were heat advisories while we were there, there are plenty of shaded places along the tree line at the beach where you can feel the ocean breeze. The pool was wonderful too. The views are fantastic, made better by the two wrap around balconies. This also allows for more ocean breeze. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was very roomy. It also was great to have two bathrooms, one on each floor. We did not want for anything! Sapphire Beach is gorgeous and there are a number of eateries on the property which is really handy. There is a taxi stand in case you don’t have a car. Security personnel were always present. Kim is a great communicator and is very quick to respond to questions. She was so helpful. Do not hesitate to rent this unit!!!

A Memorable Stay

Before we get started, let’s talk about our hosts. Most of my interactions were with Kim who deserves praise. No question or inquiry was too silly or probing to ask - she was highly responsive and incredibly helpful. And when we had challenges, she was at the ready to resolve them. She cares and that should give you a sense of how she manages and looks after her unit. We looked at other units in the same complex, some of which were surprisingly cost prohibitive, and it made us wonder if there was something wrong with Kim’s unit. I shall settle that for good: this is not only the best location but it is wonderfully fair in terms of price which says even more about your hosts. The unit is indeed a penthouse, bi-level with two balconies with each facing the water. You will reasonably away from the bar and restaurants that are adjacent to the A units (Kim’s is the C complex) so you are spared considerable noise that can sometimes come from there. The unit itself was clean and wonderfully supplied so if you wanted to stay in and cook you will be equipped to do so. There were wrinkles - the clothes dryer wasn’t terribly useful in drying, we had a slow draining sink in one bathroom and the AC unit had a slow leak. Kim was responsive so we never felt alone in solving these otherwise negligible issues. She even reached out to her cleaning crew to help us locate swim trunks that we careless left behind. St. Thomas is the bomb. You just need a super fine place to hang. This is it.

Location was outstanding. Super clean and they had everything a family needs. Kim was amazing to us.

We would rent this place again. It had one of the best snorkeling and we saw a big dolphin there that made this trip even better.
