Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. "Great hotel. Close to shopping which is great. There is a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and kettle. Far enough from the busy streets of Hamburg but closed enough to get to easily.. great amenities. Would stay at again if in the area."

"Jos tulee autolla, niin parkkipaikka kannattaa varmistaa hotellilta etukäteen, sillä autotallissa on hyvin rajallinen määrä paikkoja. Alue on sellaista, että en uskaltaisi jättää autoa yöksi kadulle. Hotelli itsessään oli ihan ok, mutta sijainti kauhea. Huoneeseen kantautui kadulta yöhön saakka kestävä meteli, kaduilla leijaili kannabiksen haju, alue todella turvaton, likainen ja oman näkemykseni mukaan vaarallinen.
