"We loved this hotel. It was easy to access, cheap parking across the street and a short walk to the main areas of town. We had a private porch with a view up the mountain. We slept well and enjoyed our time there. Notes for other travelers: the parking machine is $4 per day but only takes coins; most places in town only take cash; breakfast is only offered on weekends; coffee is for sale by machine but it only takes coins. "It’s a very quaint hotel in a medieval town. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel and in the town of Bacharach. It was very romantic. The rooms have been renovated fairly recently. Amenities are very limited in the hotel and town. There’s no pool or hot tub. But they do have a nice breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator and the rooms are on the second or third floor so be prepared to carry up and down your luggage."
