"The breakfast was very good. Nice lot of choices. The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunetly the bathroom door would not close properly and sqeeked very loudly. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The latenight room service food was very limited and exspensive. £15 for a cheese and ham paninni."

"The property is close to shopping and the metro station. It is well maintained and safe. There is a nice restaurant on site. The rooms are quite and comfortable but not very large. The internet provided is poor. About all you can do is check your email with it. They do provide paid internet which may be better, I don’t know. Besides the poor internet it is a nice hotel."

"Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. Overall a very pleasant experience at the Doubletree!"

"First visit and what a lovely place. The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. I had a truly lovely massage in the spa and the food was good too. My room was a double and ideal size with a good bathroom. The Lensbury is currently going through a big refurb and it's being handled so well. We had no disturbance, the reception had been relocated, it was communicated in advance and it didn't spoil our stay. Points for improvement would be that in the wet spa area, it doesn't smell too great and needs some nice oils in the steam room or similar. A jacuzzi or bubble pool is needed because there's nowhere for friends to hang out or have poolside drinks after using the steam room or pool for a bit so we ended up leaving and walking into the village. I would return though."

"Maybe we expected more for a big football club like Chelsea- disappointed. Carpet in the foyer is visibly disgusting and the reception (being renovated) needs a good upgrade- by the time we found the makeshift reception in the building across I was ready to leave before we checked in. Looks old and run down- staff were good once we found where they were. Breakfast was ok. "
