Sea La Vu - Cliff top Sea Views - Winter Off Peak Special!

SEA LA VU is a beautiful modern executive holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests and is situated on a cliff top with panoramic sea views.

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, dining, living area with TV with USB port, DVD, digital radio/CD player. Main bedroom with queen bed, walkin in robes and ensuite, main bathroom with full size bath and shower, separate w/c. Bedroom 2 - queen bed, bedroom 3 - 2 king single beds, bedroom 4 - 1 bunk. Laundry with sink and front loader washing machine.

Ducted evaporative air-conditioner. Gas heating in lounge area.

Double doors in the dining/living area open out to a paved undercover area with outdoor setting and hooded gas BBQ where you can sit, relax enjoy a wine or drink of your choice and take in the beautiful sea views.

Fish cleaning facility.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 king singles, bed 4 - 2 bunks.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

15% discount on Winter off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Nightly tariffs- cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees will apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$295 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$250 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$200 per night

Beautiful stay

Absolutely love this property The views were amazing and the house was spacious and very clean If there was anything I would add, its wifi to be available to use.

Wonderful location and a lovely relaxing time. A few minor improvements would make it even better. General maintenance- weeding, enough glasses for visitors ( ie six adults, should have six wine glasses). Visitor books and useful hints and brochures would help. Check light globes ( or have spares) - broom/ dustpan and cleaning clothes/ scouters would have been handy Small things to improve overall stay

See La Vu holiday

A comfortable holiday house. Needed a spring clean and the tall weeds at the front obstructing the view needed to be cleared.

Sea-La Vue

A fantastic holiday accommodation for a larger family, plenty of beds, all nice and comfy, large main bedroom and onsuite with walk in dressing room, fantastic summertime views overlooking Gulf St Vincent, close to the jetty and town centre. Need attention 1.) Dishwasher does not work and has not been cleaned inside (we all pay a cleaners fee that is part of their job for the next lot of people who holiday there.) 2.) A light over the fish cleaning area would be handy, after a late return from fishing.

Second visit

This is the second time we have stayed here! It’s such a great location, and the house is clean and well furnished. The only thing was this time we had a lot of trouble with spiders, etc! Easily fixed with bug spray, but annoying. It’s great for families and larger groups of people too, with two bathrooms (one is an ensuite).

What a view!

The house is beautiful! Well fitted out and spacious! The master bedroom/wall-in robe and ensuite are fantastic! A real treat! The outdoor area is good too, with lots of space to BBQ and eat outside. We found the pantry bare when we got there, which was slightly disappointing. There was salt and a little sugar. We did have to buy mouse traps after finding droppings, but after catching one, there was no further evidence. Communication with the property manager was excellent. A great house for a bit of peace and quiet!

Perfect location, great views.

Great property. The views are wonderful and the house is very comfortable. We couldn’t find the instructions on how to operate the gas heater , but managed to work it out. The only negative was the bins had not been emptied and the BBQ had not been cleaned .

Fantastic House - Great Location & Comfortable beds

We enjoyed our winter stay at this house - spent the best part of our arrival day trying to work out the gas heater as there were no instructions left. Great house in a good location with a spectacular view of the ocean!

Great house

Stayed here with my family at the end of July. House was exactly as seen on the site. Plenty of room for everyone, great view. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Only downside, previous people did not clean the dishes properly. Communication with property manager was excellent. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

Thought we would try somewhere different this year, after the previous ten years heading off to Black Point every February for a long weekend with some mates. Wow.... this place was beautiful, comfortable, and great view over the bay. Will be booking in for next year
