"Our first time in Czechia and this hotel was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and quick to fix an issue we had with the shower that was stuck on a very hot setting. We purchased the breakfast buffet each day and it was well worth it. A lot of hot and cold food options, and all fresh. My husband liked the scrambled eggs, pancakes, and yogurt with many topping options. I personally loved that when I got a hot coffee they also brought out hot, steamed milk. Location was great, about a 10 minute walk to the old town square. Since we were not in the main downtown area it was also very quiet at night. Outside of the hot shower issue (which was quickly fixed), we had no complaints. Clean, good location, and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"The location was perfect. We were in the center of Prague. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast, which was included was delicious. The only problem was that the only elevator was broken so we hhad to climb five flights of stairs (120 steps) to get to our room. Hopefully this problem was fixed quickly as it made you think before you left your room!"

"Could be so much better as a five start hotel. The elevator broke down for couple hours which was inconvenient. The lounge area always has coffee which is a major plus. Good breakfast. Hotel had a distinct smell that could be improved. Staff is nice. Jacuzzi def not worth the money to ‘rent’ out. It’s in a little corner with views of other roofs. It should be included in the stay or at least included with massage purchase. The steam room wasn’t working two out of the three days I stayed there, the sauna was great. The massage was amazing- two hours Monoi was definitely worth it."
