The hotel décor and accents are beautiful, and the staff are very friendly, providing excellent customer service. The only drawback is that the flooring in the rooms feels quite cold. Full length mirrors rooms are needs lighting by the door however, Exceptional hotel would definitely be back !

"Great pool upstairs, nice restaurant, friendly staff and very helpful. The food was good and the drinks even better! Walkable to all things st. Julian’s, so many places to eat and shop… the room itself was so pleasant. Very new and clean and the daily cleaning was well done. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. Overall 10/10."
"hotel is in an excellent position. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The area across from the hotel, Paceville, is not good. Dirty a full of take aways , clubs and noisy bars. This is not a reflection on the hotel which is away from any noise and has fabulous facilities."

"The hotel was excellent. Clean and modern. Room was spacious, excellent amenities and beds comfortable. Room had a mini fridge that could be used for drinks etc, kettle and coffee machine with coffee pods, hot chocolate and tea which was replenished everyday. Housekeeping was excellent, room cleaned everyday.
Pool was fabulous, good size despite being on the rooftop. Lots of loungers with umbrellas for shade. Pool bar had great cocktails and snacks. Staff were friendly and efficient....

Visiting for our honeymoon, we were informed upon arrival that we were provided a double room upgrade to the Executive suite and access to the Executive Lounge.
