"I have stayed here a few times because my daughter attends UF. We choose this hotel when several family members are attending an event. This stay I was especially impressed with the staff at the front desk. I love how friendly they were when we checked in. They were also super sweet when they heard I lost a card I bought my daughter. Right away they started to see if there was a card I could use. Who does that? The ladies were LOVELY! "

"I have stayed at BW Waldo twice yearly for the last ten years and have enjoyed my visits. Good breakfast and the staff is always accommodating. But this year was a big disappointment in as for the three days I was there, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. It didn't matter as to the time of day or night, there was never any hot water. I complained to both house keeping and the desk management but to no avail. House Keeping mentioned something about a problem with a pilot light, but obviously everyone knew there was a problem but didnt seem to have a solution. Greatly disappointed and will need to consider other properties in the future "
