"Fine hotel near the convention center"

"Unfortunately, the service was completely unacceptable. On our first day, I had to call customer service three separate times just to get our room cleaned. They didn’t show up until 7:30 PM. When you’ve been walking all day, the last thing you want is to return to a dirty room when you just want to collapse and rest. To make matters worse, the exact same thing happened the next day. While the front desk tried to fix it by offering a free breakfast voucher, a voucher doesn't make up for losing the peace of mind of coming back to a clean, restful room after a long day out. On top of the terrible housekeeping, the hotel hits you with a mandatory $25 per day "destination fee" that you cannot opt-out of. It supposedly covers the pool, internet, pickleball, and an $18 laundry credit, but it is entirely "use it or lose it." Forcing families to pay for amenities they might not even have time to use just feels like a greedy cash grab. Great location, but the management and service are severely lacking. I would not stay here again."

"We are Bonvoy members and stay at this hotel frequently. On this particular stay, we arrived at 8:30 pm and went down to the dining room for a meal. Waiter took our order but forgot to turn it into the kitchen. Then we had a waitress come over and say that the main kitchen was closed and gave us a limited menu saying we had to order from that! We told them that we had already ordered but again the waiter forgot to turn in. After much to do, we were able to finally to order and eat, but the frustration was high and by this time it was 10:30!! Breakfast was a little better but they definately have a staffing problem !!!!"

"Hotel is pretty "okay" if you are going for business, but our experience was not nice. The Air Conditioner wasn't working on a 65-80 degree outside, I told the front desk if they can help or make a room change but the solution was to give me a floor fan, not the type of help I was hoping and did not do anything to the A/C, it felt like "this is the best we can do, handle it". I've been in the hotel industry for 9 years and that's not how we handle thing. Bellmen and housekeepers were great and very committed to the service."

"The rooms were very clean, and it was always nice coming back to a freshly cleaned room after a long day. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread was good with a decent variety of options. I would have appreciated a few more vegetarian and vegan choices, but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience."
