"Walking in from the cold, greeted by friendly staff and the offer of cheesecake bites and a glass of bubbles. Yes, please! Bed was comfortable, room felt both hip and clean, and food was pretty solid in the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Very easy walk over to Brooklyn Paramount if you are staying in area to hit a show. Also very easy access to public transit. "

"Staff was always friendly, helpful. Could store our luggage before check in and after check out! Breakfast is more than anything, though the room is quite small. Everything was clean and the room was nice also not noisy as most rooms in Manhattan! The Path Train is right outside the front door so the way to NYC was perfect. Would definitely come again! "The room was clean & stylish, and my kiddos loved the bunk beds. Although the separate queen bed was very firm, it was still comfy enough. The front desk employees were helpful and accommodating. Also, I love this location. It’s close to bars, restaurants, the ferry, subway, etc… everything we needed."

Walkable to many places (Battery Park, Oculs, China Town/Little Italy, Soho). The staff treat you like family and this is a dog friendly hotel. Small boutique hotel (but a Hyatt property) that has a great vibe and decor (not your boring rooms/lobby). "
